Beach is beautiful. Good garden, a lot of trees and grass. Breakfast and dinner was as expected.

Separated beds is awful. They ware always moved, because its legs has wheels! Our child sometimes slept between us, and this hole between beds made night terrible.

Amazing location, beach, sea, parking, comfy beds, dinner, receptionist Amanda And the staff in general, quick checkin/checkout. The bungalov has everything you need.

Breakfast: - terrible instant coffee - awfull pancakes - weird consistency of scrambled eggs - everyday the same food The display of the A/C in the bedroom was too bright at night. Coffee capsules were not refilled.

absolutely perfect resort for those who doesn't like large hotels,but want to have all services in place. generous breakfasts, lovely buffet dinners (we went 3times-you just pay as you go if you don't have half-board). 1 swimming pool just for swimming with really comfortable sunbeds around, 2nd pool more for kids playing - we always found sunbeds there. 5 minutes walk to the lovely long sandy beach,which wasn't overcrowded even in August.possibility to rent a parasol/sunbeds set there for 14.25 e/day. supermarket max 500 meters. ideal place for exploring Mallorca, we've got a car rented on the airport,but there is possibility renting a car on the reception as well. we really liked our stay in Valentin and if anytime back in Mallorca, we will come back there.

just minor thing to improve -kitchen equipment was really poor - i would appreciate at least wine opener and cutting board. luckily, we didn't care so much and next time we would probably go for reconstructed bungalows without kitchen anyway. just be aware that you have to pass busy street with kids when going to the beach.

Staff, location, food.. all great and thanks to its facilities and accomodation in small bungalows you never experience to feel the crowd in high season compared to other hotels. Highly recommended

Amazing breakfast buffet - I've never had so much choice. Dinner was also good with a wide variety of food including cook on the spot pizza and pasta dishes. Super puds and ice cream. The close beach is lovely down a pretty board walk. The hotel staff and very friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes in the shop next to reception.

The evening entertainment was minimal. We did only stay for x3 nights. A great saxophone player on our first night then two 'party nights' followed which just consisted of someone playing music and not even speaking to those gathered in the bar. Night one 'party' the music was dire and everyone drifted away - such a shame as the posters had described this as 'white night' and families had dressed up in white but there was nothing going on to tie in with this at all other than a couple of white paper flowers next to the disco deck - odd! Night 2 'party' was better as the music was dance music and those in the bar got their kids up 'on stage' to dance.

Nice area outside of the city. A lot of nature around. Nice walk through the forest to the beach. Great beach, sand, no stones, blue and beautiful. Friendly personnel, good dinner and calm atmosphere.

Loud music up to 22:30. Long walk to the beach, also a need to cross a busy road (no zebra crossing!).

The staff were friendly and so helpful and the food was amazing! It's a lovely, safe family resort in a great location.

Individual bungalows are quite unique as I haven’t come across anything like it. Makes it feel very private and quiet. Location was fantastic, not in a busy area and a few minutes walk to the best beach on the island. Staff were superb - so friendly and genuine, always smiling. kids entertainment was excellent

Air conditioning on occasion was little problematic. though not a major issue as any difficulty was easily resolved immediately by the staff

The hotel was lovely, beautiful gardens surrounded individual bungalows.. They were very quiet at night which was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The front porch was huge and shady..a great space with kids, lovely place to sit and have a drink and relax.. and for hanging wet stuff. Really useful having a fridge.

Tiny bit small inside but the huge porch made up for that. Few plates and cutlery would be useful.

Bungalow needs updating. We failed to get a english apeaking channel which was rather annoying all channels were dubbed over in a variety of other European languages. Why is nudist beach smack bang in the middle of long stretch of beach.Families with children have to walk past not at all comfortable with this. Nothing against naturists but this is not nice nothing short of indecent exposure.

I like the open space this resort offers. Around the resort is a beautiful nature, not neighboring with other hotels. The staff is very friendly, particularly Marga at the reception, Leidy, Juanjo, José, Marga and Darwin in the restaurant/pool bar made our stay enjoyable. They were all very friendly and all our family members felt welcomed. We loved the heated swimming pool and the proper hairdryer in the room. The beach is so beautiful and offers the best sceneries of Playa de Muro. It's never too crowded even in the high season because of the Albufera natural park and limited parking spaces. The golden rooms are nicely remodeled and sparkling clean.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, just by the main road. Bungalows are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. We stayed in one of the oldest homes, but still it was more than I had expected. Breakfast (8-10:30) - perfection. Next time to Mallorca I am definitely coming back to this place.

Staff friendly.

Very dated and smelly standard rooms. Rooms very small. Not as nice as on a photos. Arrived at 4pm with 3 hungry kids. Restaurant anf bar closed to serve the food. Not even sandwiches or fries. Facilities old, dates and very bad maintained, specially children play area and volleyball area. Overpriced overall. Food ok, but nothing special.

Very nice and clean resort, staff kind and always willing to help. Also breakfast and dinner great with wide range of local food. Thank you!
