Great house and location. Viet was timely in his responses - we stayed for a full month. First floor living was ideal for older parents. Outdoor TV is a nice touch. The pool was heated - almost like a jacuzzi temp. Would definitely stay here again. Prime location and private beach access was a 6 minute walk from the house. Private parking is available at the beach too.

Excellent Getaway!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this great property. It was in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to a private beach club. Property host Viet, was easily accessible and attentive to all of our needs, which were very few, as the house was well stocked and appointed. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property . The house is great !! It’s so well maintained and has all you need for comfort. Love the area also !

A comfortable and relaxing stay
Our stay can be summarized with one word, GREAT!!!
The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and the private access to the beach is one of the things we enjoy the most. Finally, Viet was an incredible manager, making our stay one of our best vacations. For sure we’ll return in the future.

Great Get away
The house was perfect !! Spotless, well stocked with kitchen utensils, nicely decorated, great , safe and quiet neighborhood but close to everything!! The wading pool was perfect, first time with a wading pool and we loved it👍 Will definitely stay again 👍🥰

Very nice home could use some new towels
Had a problem with a dirty gas grill, owner cane over that day and also cleaned the pool

Beautful Stay
Lovely home, great location, clean. Only wish there were beach chairs, more pots and pans and 4 wine glasses instead of 3. Viet and owner were extremely responsive to our request for a barbecue grill when we notice there was none. He brought a new grill over within 2 days. We would definitely stay here again

Fabulous house!
We stayed for a week with our family for the holidays. The house was well appointed for our family of 6 and absolutely immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located with a short drive to everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was an added bonus. The private beach is within walking distance or a very short drive. Fabulous vacation! The manager of the property was attentive and easy to communicate with.
