First time staying in Miami/Sunny Isle. Great resort. You do not even have to leave the property if you don't want to, staff very friendly/helpful, and my room was upgraded (which was great surprise).

We have stayed at this resort before. We have always enjoyed ourselves. The ability to be in the pool or move to the ocean and it is only a few steps. The room we received this trip was not the most desirable due to view. We specifically asked for a view on south or east end as we have in past. We were on north end. We also were to be on the 11 th floor but due to elevators being broken we were asked to be relocated. My biggest disappointment was the advertisement of a jacuzzi/hot tub. I specifically pick hotels based on them. Last we stayed there was one. It was advertised as there still being one and yet we were not informed of there not being one until the bellhop delivered our luggage. That was a disappointment. I would like to have my reservation reviewed for possibly a compensation due to the error in advertising. The hotel site also advertises the jacuzzi/hot tub as well. I was diverted to sitting in the garden jet tub with in the hotel room. Other than than the hard working parent that enjoys a hot tub on vacation getting to relax the other portions of our stay was what we expected. Our kids love the night walks on the pier and I am happy that is still included in the stay. I hope to return but will be inquiring about the hot tub. Thanks

This place was what we expected and hoped for on this very pricey strip of Sunny Isles. It was on a very nice beach with chairs and towels included and walking distance from basic shops and restaurants. The staff were very nice and accommodating and even had a room where we could shower and lock up our things after check out.

boa tarde, tenho algumas observações importantes, durante o check-in o recepcionista foi rude e grosseiro, chegamos no hotel as 16:15 e o quarto não estava pronto, e tinhamos um compromisso marcado, novamente o recepcionista foi grosseiro. Entramos no quarto com a camareira limpando e infelizmente uma pessima limpeza, o hall de entrada do quarto estava muito sujo e o chão grudando. Banheiro com a torneira comum estava com a torneira quebrada, porta da sacada emperrada. Não recomendamos esse hotel, pois o valor que pagamos e comparado com os demais hoteis que ficamos não tem comparação. desde já agradeço a atenção

Resort,beach and location are great. Beds comfortable. Room clean (and extra bonus of being cleaned everyday). Only negative. Room is a little dated.
