This property was perfect for me and my friends, with lots of rooms and areas to hang out, we were able to enjoy our weekend at Coffs Harbour!

Great beach house for a family weekend away, great location, close to awesome swimming beach.

The house was amazing. Awesome views of the beach, very spacious comfortable layout. The pool was the star, kids loved swimming. Overall very enjoyable experience, can’t wait to go back.

The views of the ocean, mountains and bush are second to none. It’s possible to walk to the beach although the walk back is steep. Located away from the main centre means there isn’t much traffic and it feels like you’re in a small seaside hamlet, but with a big shopping centre less than a 5 minute drive away. Getting to a variety of restaurants and other facilities doesn’t take much longer. The location is close to ideal if you want peace and quiet and don’t need to be close enough to walk to restaurants etc. The house is 90’s style POSH, with quirky and interesting decor but most importantly, enough seating for chats or dinner for everyone and many different areas to relax if you want to get away from the main group. The place was neat and tidy and very well equipped with comfortable beds and seating. There’s only an aircon in the top lounge but fans in the bedrooms except one. With opening the windows, we were able to get comfortable most of the time. Overall, Clarence House gave us everything we expected and more.

Great stay perfect location would love to come back

We had a lovely stay at Coffs Harbour. The property had all that we needed and came with a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. Big banana was just down the road which was handy to entertain the kids in the wet weather

Lovely spacious two storey home, easily accommodated our extended family. All amenities to make vacationing simple, with ample parking and garaging. Pool, games table and board games, Foxtel, A/C and a private cliff location with the most glorious views. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are amazing, the house was spacious, the pool was lovely, the location is great. Amanda was so helpful and did extra little touches to enhance our stay. We would recommend this for a great retreat into your own bubble.

My Dad turned 90 recently and he had always wanted to go back to the Dorrigo Hinterland with his family...so when we found this beautiful home with the stunning ocean views it has, we knew it would be the perfect place for our family adventure!Evelyn was prompt to reply to our messages and we really appreciated her warm, friendly manner and thoughtfulness regarding any concerns or queries we had! When we arrived, we agreed with someone else’s review… the outlook is even more beautiful in reality than it is in picture form! We loved the quiet neighbourhood overlooking one of our favourite beaches and enjoyed waking up to such beautiful views and walking Diggers beach at sunset. Our day trip to Dorrigo was amazing also with its beautiful rainforest walks, stunning waterfalls and creeks etc. We enjoyed another perfect day, walking beach headlands and revisiting the lovely little town of Sawtell which was so picturesque down by the ocean pool...a great place for a picnic dinner overlooking the sunset! We always enjoy the outdoors as a family but were torn to stay ‘home’ also as our holiday home was so perfect and inviting. We enjoyed the spaciousness & the comfort, the pool and coffees overlooking the ocean...we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, well-catered for holiday experience!! Thanks so much to Evelyn from all our fam and we hope we can come back one day in the not too distant future!! :-D

Two families with 7 children and it was an amazing location! Beautiful views over Diggers, plenty of space, and the kids loved the pool (and lizards).Would certainly recommend this place and stay there again.

While the property may be dated, it has character and charm.The beds comfortable. The living areas spacious and relaxing. We would certainly come back again.

Incredible outlook from all areas of house. Plenty of secure parking. Very convenient position,close to beaches,shopping centre & other tourist activities. Perfect accomodation for up to 2 families,with 2 living areas. Plenty of extras supplied including cot,high chair, many board games,wii plus games,pingpong,toys,cricket set & pool activities. Beautiful, warm feel to the home away from home,with thoughtful decor & layout. Plenty of space & stunning. Highly recommended for a family treat ,retreat.

This property is even better than the listing says. There is plenty of space for 2 families and lots of games / table tennis to keep the kids occupied when they’re not in the pool. Great location to walk to diggers beach. The pools does need some repairs with broken tiles as its a bit dangerous, especially getting in and out. It would also be worth putting up a picture of the floor plan. We’d definitely stay again!
