This stay is 20/20. It all started prior to the stay. Javier has gone above and beyond. He allowed me to check in early because my flight was very early. He picked me up from the airport and gave a tour. Not only that, he provided me with a list of recommendations for myself and my daughter. Not only is his hospitality exceptional, the place was great as well. We walked to the beach, convenient stores and restaurants. I will definitely only be staying here when I return to Puerto Rico. Thank you so much, Javier!

Everything, the location, the apartment is very clean, is very secure, the host is very polite, he helps you in every meaning of the word. For sure I will be back to this place, thank you so much javier for everything.

The owner Javier was amazing!!! He went out of his way to show us great places to eat and also sent a list of place that had a great night life. The location was absolutely ideal walking distance to the beaches but cozy enough for proper rest. Definitely give this booking a try

I liked everything about the property.

Javier is a terrific host, he really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, he gave really great local recommendations and was always quick to respond to a question or concern. He was very generous in offering to drive us around when he wasn't busy for competitive rates compared to Uber. The place is very comfortable, my girlfriend and both felt very safe in the neighborhood. Javier had the AC blasting for us gringos when we arrived. It's very walkable, plenty of good restaurants around, and there is a grocery store nearby if you like to cook. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and basic seasonings, we cooked one evening. Try Ocean Lab Brewing for good beer, Patio de Las Flores for interesting and unique cocktails, and Panaderia España for good breakfast close by. The beach is very close by as well, maybe a 6-7 minute walk from the door to the sand. Overall a fantastic place to stay, I will be recommending it to my friends in the states.

I can't think of any negatives for this place at all

PR is my new second home because of this man, Javier. Javier was my host to a very lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in Isles Verde, located within walking distance to the beach. Upon arrival, Javier picked us up at the airport. He then proceeded to show us around the general area of PR so we could get a feel of the area pointing out restaurants, best beaches, etc.. Ubers were scarce so Javier would often drop us off to our destinations. During this time PR was still under curfew. One evening in Old San Juan we came across a couple who walked miles into town, they had a huge dog with them. The wife had on flip flops and her feet were bleeding. The Ubers would not pick them up because of their dog. Javier was having a hard time getting into town to pick us up because the police shut everything down, but he made up an excuse to get to us. When he found us, we told him about this couple,.this man (Javier) squeezed all of us in his vehicle and got the couple home safely. His empathy and care for people are unmatched! I would rent from him 10x over.

The is nothing I didnt3 like about the place. The apartment is a renovation. It is not a new construction apartment. It has an old charm with a new twist. Its home.

The apartment is very centrally located, near the highway. The beach was a 5 minute walking distance. Restaurants and gift shops are also walking distance. Javier, the property owner, was very attentive to all of our needs. He provided us with nearby places to visit and he replied to our calls/texts very fast. The property is very well maintained and very clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Puerto Rico.
