I traveled with my elderly parents and this property was perfect for us. The simplicity of the layout of the property was perfect for my parents that both have health issues. Due to construction next door access to the beach was limited in the sense that we needed to take the stairs. There were not many and both parents managed well.
Beach staff were excellent so helpful and patient.
I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay away from crowds and over stimulating environments.

Beautiful beach, great location and wonderful condo with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly hotel staff in all departments and the condo owner was very accommodating and responded quickly when I had questions.

We had an amazing time at this property. Two couples, great privacy and common areas with the balconies. Pay attention to the resort and parking fees. The beach was awesome with the provided chairs and towels. Walked to local bakeries and restaurants. The grocery store is across the street and easily walkable for coffee and snacks. Beautiful and fun high rise property in a beautiful area. The main area with the kitchen and large bay side balcony was really stuffy and warm the last day. Opening the windows was great but too loud with traffic noise. Also could of used more trash liners, tiny vacation trash cans but wanted to clean up after ourselves, property manager answered a text but no liners were received, not a big deal, but we liked to keep our units tidy.

Long weekend at Marenas was exceptional. Valet staff was professional and helpful. Check-in at front desk was easy and staff was friendly. Room was well maintained and modern with gorgeous balcony overlooking the water. Highly recommend this rental, you won't be disappointed.

This was an amazing apartment in the Marenas resort. The apartment was clean, large enough for the four of us, and in the perfect location. On the beach and pool. Next to food store. It was great!

A few things. Fees for hotel weren’t optional. We paid $280 extra for 2 wrist bands we didn’t use to use beach access I believe. Space is great for a family. Cleaning part was not horrible but sub-par. AC vents with dust caked Al over visibly (which for highly allergic folks like us) it was not fun! Mold inside the bathroom showers on tile grout and skiffs and scuffs all over the walls. Very old place needs updating, but overall beautiful ocean and river views! Great location!

The room was great. Clean and spacious. Showers were amazing. Could use a cookie sheet or pan for the oven. That's really all the complaints I have on the room and that's not even a complaint it's just a note. Owners were responsive. Valet is mandatory. Pool is on the smaller side but it was clean. There is food and drinks that you can purchase at the pool deck area and they bring you food to the beach. Overall was nice.

It was a pleasure staying at this property. Rooms were neat and clean, all appliances working fine. The hotel personel were very friendly at check-in and throughout the stay. Definitely coming back! Thank you owners for letting us use your property as our vacation get away.

All was good we enjoyed it. Only bad thing was weather for one and a half day. Very nice place, beach is nice. Only thing we forgot our passports in the save. Working with the owner to get them mail to Houston. I let you guys know. The owner is very helpful and always answers. I definitely stay here again

The place is better then expected! I would rate 3 out of 5 just because the bed we had was tilted to one side, my husband and my 2 years old kept sliding down to me. Also the blanket was very very thin and feathers inside were smooshed together, the pillows can be better too, over all the comfort was not the best but everything else is perfect!!!

Overall stay was good. Process with reservation was confusing as inquired about a different unit but it wasn't available but they offered a different unit (which price of unit was not was was advertised on vrbo). The unit we reserved fit our needs of a family of 6 with 2 BR and 3 BA. Intercostal and city views were great and since it was cheaper than ocean view. Great location which seemed safe to walk on sidewalk to local shops/restaurants. Pool is small for the size of the resort and has limited chairs around pool. Beach was amazing and chair/towel service was friendly and helpful. We ate lunch at the resort's restaurant and it was good. Valet service was quick to grab your car and never had to wait too long.

Great setup, Suite has 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a queen sofa bed. In living room. 2 balconies that wrap around and both have ocean view. Full kitchen. Publix and CVS a couple blocks away had everything we needed. Right on beach. Chaise lounges with towels and umbrellas provided as part of resort fee. Beach was immaculate, cleaned every morning. Food and drink service provided while you’re on the beach (bar food / sandwiches/ burgers). No issues with check in or checkout. A couple issues with unit that hosts responded to immediately.
