Breathtaking views every morning, noon and night. Christian was amazing and helped with tips and suggestions on how to best get around town and where to shop. The hotel staff were amazing as well. Specially Mel and Omar. Made every time we came back to our condo feel like home. The accommodations were perfect for a family of four- two of them teens- everyone had their own space and a lot of shared space to make good memories. I would come back here and will recommend it to my friends ;)

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location - you will truly love it when you come here! Spacious, gorgeously designed and quality furnished decorated apartment absolutely everything you could need. The views are so incredible, an absolute highlight of the property and from all the pools - we were so happy we stayed here instead of a hotel. This condiminium block has all the best parts of a resort anyway and with the exclusivity. There are stunning pools, bars, restaurant on-site - it was actually hard to leave and go anywhere else!!! Never felt so relaxed on a vacation and was mesmerised with the views most of the time. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and interesting! We loved meeting them - they made the holiday special. Christian the apartment host is totally charming, a pleasure to talk to and was there to settle us in on check-in answering our many questions and greeting us with wine and cookies ;-) Puerto Vallarta itself has so much to explore - the nightlife was lively, tasty restaurants of all kinds and always lovely people!.. We got ubers cheaply and easily to get around ($3-4 each way) and we even ventured on the local buses which was fun. But its just as easy to walk there and back. Not to be missed.... The amazing boat tours (we went on luxury snorkelling by Vallarta Adventures which was fantastic) and the Botanical gardens - beautiful -with lovely restaurant where you can feed hummingbirds. These two excursions were the highlights of our vacation.

We absolutely loved this amazing condo! It lived up to it's listing and our expectations. It was immaculate, bedding was great, and it was very roomy. The veranda was exceptional, very large, nicely furnished, and views and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Morning coffee on the veranda was priceless. All of the employees were super from the concierge to restaurant staff. Christian, the manager, greeted us as we arrived and answered all of our questions. All in all, i would highly recommend this property and we would stay there again. Do not hesitate to book this property. Incidentals: infinity pool was awesome, condo had any tool, appliance you might need, 2 coffee pots, ample towels, bathrooms well appointed, restaurant was very good and we ate breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there.

I recently stayed here for Pride and had a great experience! The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, which was perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. The balcony provided breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe every evening. Moreover, the rental had fantastic amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Its close proximity to both the beach and downtown area made exploring a breeze. I highly recommend this vacation rental for an unforgettable getaway!

Exceptional condo. Easy to book. Exceptional customer service with all staff. Amazing property and views. Location was superb, close to nightlife and stores. We just loved everything about it. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you to everyone involved in enhancing our overall experience.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta. I think this property has spoiled me, and it will be hard to stay anywhere else. We had more than enough space for our party of six to spread out. I literally could’ve spent the entire trip on the deck alone. From the clean, comfy, modern interior to the gorgeous grounds and views, you can’t beat this unit. The sunset views from the rooftop infinity pool were amazing. And it was a slightly adventurous, but short walk over to Los Muertos beach and into town for so many other delicious dining options. Just open up Yelp and you’ll find something fabulous to eat. We didn’t have a single bad meal. The food at the on-site restaurant was pretty good as well. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

We truly loved the condo and access to beach, and the multiple pools on the property. We enjoyed that it wasn’t crowded or anyone always on top of us. While it may have been time of year (first of October), we rarely had anyone in the infinity pool with us. Kids (age 10) loved every minute of it and our location! The owner was very receptive to any question or request. The local property manager was fine and generally receptive. Condo security was great and always willing to help us find things to do or answer questions when they arise about the the city or going anywhere. We will stay again!!

The property was beautiful and staff was great! The only issue was the electric key pad went low on batteries which locked us out of the room for over an hour and the on-site staff didn’t have a physical key to let us in. We had to wait for the property manager to arrive over an hour later to let us in which was very inconvenient. While we were waiting my husband became very upset and acted out of character but if we would have just been able to access the property all would have been perfect. The property manager was awesome however was able to fix the key pad and all worked out the rest of the stay.

I coordinated a 50th birthday celebration for my spouse in Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. The group included three of his best friends and I wanted us to stay in a beautiful modern condo on the water. Jim’s condo was, hands down, the perfect place for us! Everything was so easy - from the ride from the airport to the checkin, from the food and drinks at the rooftop bar to the proximity to town, everything was at our fingertips. The staff was so helpful and courteous. In particular, Mel and Vicente were just the best. Mel had wonderful suggestions for excursions and was always smiling and helpful. Vicente did the most incredible tequila and mezcal tasting for us paired with food. And our house manager, Cristian, was the best - he greeted us at the condo, offered so much knowledge of the local area, and was so sweet! The condo itself is stunning. Absolutely stunning. We walked in and our jaws literally dropped. Beautifully appointed with the most amazing kitchen table (all of us commented on how beautiful it is). We could see a repeat visit in the future with a big dinner at that table. The kitchen is big and modern, and there are plenty of glasses, plates, serving bowls, etc. The bedrooms are all really big with their own big bathrooms - and super comfortable mattresses, too! Everyone slept like babies. We didn’t use the TV or sound, but those are available for use. We sat on the balcony every evening. The view is unbeatable. The views of the ocean, the beautiful pools and private beach, and the lush greenery surrounding the property was just stunning. Two of the friends ended up getting engaged on the private beach - it was so picturesque and perfect. I cannot rave enough about the amazing experience we had at Jim’s condo. We will be booking again in the near future!!

Jim is a very accommodating owner. We had a slight change in our itinerary and he made sure we were well taken care of. Christian, the property manager, is the kindest and most professional property manager we have ever met! The property speaks for itself, five star! The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Close enough for a ten minute walk along the beach and you will find everything PV has to offer but also far enough away so you have a private beach and don’t have to constantly deal with the tourist hot spots. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back. Thank you Jim and Christian for the best long weekend vacation we have ever taken!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The building has every amenity you could possibly need. The property manager Christian was incredibly helpful with anything that we needed, and would always respond and help us out immediately. Would definitely come back and stay here many more times.

The condo was amazing, it was clean and had all the amenities you would expect plus incredible views. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. The location was perfect for us. It was an easy walk into town along the beach or a very short and inexpensive Uber ride. The Sayan Beach Staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Even my children commented on how nice the staff was in the restaurants and pool areas. The roof top pool was a favorite and many times we were the only ones there. The food and beverage onsite was very good, better than I expected. Jim was great to work with and very responsive during the preplanning. Christian, the property manager was equally as great. Christian met us upon arrival and showed us around our condo and took us on a tour of the property and introduced us to the Sayan Beach Staff. We can’t thank Jim, Christian and the Sayan Beach Team enough. We had a fantastic time, and I am sure we will be back!

This was such a beautiful property to stay in, with Christian’s help with grocery shopping, made it so much more easier. The condo is simple and sleek. Just gorgeous and clean! The staff was extremely helpful and willing to help with any needs we had. Hector and Juan were so good to our group and guided us with local activities and anything else we needed. Overall, one of the next trips I’ve had!

Jim's place is very large and beautiful with an incredible view. The pictures do not do it justice. It is an incredible location and the facilities and employees are all very nice. It is all lovely. Additionally, Jim was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend his place. That said, selfishly I kind of want to keep it to myself!

This condo and property was AMAZING. This property is really more like a small resort than it is a condominium property. The on-site restaurant and bar is excellent. Great selection and value. The unit itself was fantastic. Jim the owner and Christian the manager were both very easy to deal with. The unit had great ocean and city views. Access to the small but semi private beach was great. Honestly, we can’t think of anything bad to say. FYI, Sayan is the best of the buildings in the complex. We would fully recommend this building and unit.
