Perfect location and a lovely and welcoming place!

the apartment was disgusting. old and run down.

We loved staying here. Space was clean, uncluttered and exactly as pictured. We had six of us, we all fit and had a great time.

Nice property, close to everything!! Only downside was no close parking, but we had a great time. Definitely would stay again.

The Apartment was perfect for our short stay.

Let me start by saying the owner was extremely responsive. However, we ran into several snags with this property. The cleaning crew was subpar. We arrived to the unit to find ice cream pint lids in the sofa, old dog toys under the furniture, hair behind the doors and lots of dust. On top of that the sheets in one of the bedrooms had large holes ripped in them. It is also very inconvenient to have to get permission to access the laundry. The washer and dryer are both inside the unit, so it seems odd that you would have to bother the owner to get a key. We also found the property to be very noisy. It is a bottom level unit so some noise from above is expected. However when the upstairs neighbors wake your child up at 1:00am using profanity that seems like it’s coming from inside your unit, something is definitely wrong. The same holds true for the foot traffic passing by. Fire trucks and police also drive by with sirens on a frequent basis. Parking is also an issue. I spent more time than I care to think about circling the neighborhood in hopes of finding a space. In short, we LOVED Newport but will not be frequenting this residence again.

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this lovely apartment. It was the perfect size and centrally located to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities.

I decided to take a last minute trip to Newport to see friends. I’ve been there many times but this time I had to take the dog so I needed to find a different place to stay. I am so happy that I stumbled on this listing. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dog. She could have spent all day out there sniffing around. The location was perfect. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to be quieter. It was also a close walk to the cliff walk and mansions. Parking was easy, the beds were comfortable and the coffee maker and coffee was welcome. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our family had a great weekend getaway to Newport. This location was great - clean on the inside, easy check-in process, and conveniently located to all of the attractions that brought us to Newport. We had a great stay!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Walkable to everything in downtown Newport, including well-stocked basic groceries at convenience store located 1 minute away at the nearby gas station. All is at it appears in the listing! Beautiful rooms, comfortable living area, and the backyard is a delight. We had work to do as well as fun, and the layout worked well for both separate and together time for friends/colleagues. Matt was easy to reach and quick to respond to all inquiries. I would love to book again for a future visit. Thanks for offering a wonderful place!

This property is fantastic. Right in the heart of it all. We were able to walk to literally everything. Very clean and the owners were amazing! I absolutely highly recommend this stay!! Will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night while in town for a wedding, but it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to downtown Newport, and a nice apartment overall.

This sweet 2 bedroom was perfect. Located within walking distance to everything in Newport. Bonus backyard if you choose to bring a pet. Super clean, stylishly decorated complete with coffee and Netflix. I would definitely stay here again. PS The Bodhi Spa is a few doors down. Definitely check that out.

Only a short walk to downtown Thames street. The property was clean and organized, with more living room space than expected. Parking was also convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nice 3 day 2 night stay to Newport after Christmas. Location of the house was great, a small walk into town. Easy check in and host was responsive.

Matt and Ryan's place is in the PERFECT location—right on the main strip near some fantastic bars and restaurants but far enough away from the action that you're not too disturbed getting to sleep. The place was so immaculate it was tempting to stay in all night cozy on the sofa, and communication with the hosts was super easy. Highly recommend!!

As the title says...great location! The accommodations were very clean. Worked well for the 4 adults and 1 child.

Right downtown. Within walking distance of Cliff Walk, some of the mansions, downtown to shopping and restaurants. I never had to move my car until I was ready to pack up and leave.

The property was perfect for a weekend in Newport! Very clean, host was easy to communicate with, and ACs in the bedrooms were key! A nice walk to all of the bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!

The Yachting Village was great! Matthew and Ryan we easy to communicate with and great hosts. They took time to help with local knowledge and their recommendations were spot on. The location was great and the hose was everything as advertised. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Newport.
