We had an amazing weeklong vacation with our kids and in-laws. From the moment we arrived at the house until we left we felt like we were in a paradise. Right from the back of the house we could fish, swim in the pool, watch dolphins, see birds, etc. it is a very short stroll to the beach as well. The pool is amazing especially with kids due the entry and pool depth. Added bonus, the bar and commercial ice maker for having adult drinks while watching the kids swim all day. If you come stay stay during the colder months the cost for pool heating is well worth it! The owners were awesome, there were no issues but any little questions we had (like how to turn on the pool lights) were answered quickly and kindly. It is a great place to stay and home to come back again one day.

Tipsy tarpon is the perfect place to stay. It works perfect for our family. Beth is a great hostess and easy to work with.

This house had it all!!! We had such great weather and enjoyed the outside of this house everyday!!! Lots of fish caught off the dock and swimming in the pool. Lots of beach time finding shark teeth and sand dollars!! Rent a golf cart early they are hard to come by. We will def be back!!!!

The perfect spot for our family !!! The pool and hot tub are so beautiful & our family had many hours of fun enjoying both !!! The kitchen was wonderful to work in and well equipped for cooking !!! The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions and needs !!!!!

This was our 3rd year. We love this place. It’s the completely perfect place. You walk in and forget about the mainland. The island pace is perfect...House is always clean and neat!! There’s only 1 negative...we had to leave!

This beautiful home is just perfect for a family vacation. It has all the amenities for recreation, sleeping, eating, and relaxing. The screened porch overlooking the pool and canal was our favorite room. We will definitely re-book this fantastic home for future family vacations.

We had an absolute blast at The Tipsy Tarpon!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for over six years and this was by far the best house we have stayed in! It has everything you need! The dock was great for our 25 ft boat...loved having the fresh water hose! And the ice maker was sooo convenient! We will be again next year!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub. We saw dolphins swim right in front of the house. It was a great relaxing trip with lots of family memories made. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise.

Our 2nd year. It’s a great property on a quiet island. Can’t beat the island pace. House is great beaches are great...very hard to leave after a week of tipsy relaxation.

We had a great trip. The weather was perfect for us. We were very lucky there. We boated, fished, spent a lot of time in the pool but most of all enjoyed our family. Thank you for the experience.

We had a great time at the Tipsy Tarpon. Great house, great location and just great island life. A great place to go and not have to deal with beach crowds We found sharks teeth and sea shells. Oh, and the sunsets were the cherry on top!! The house is perfect, with a great pool/hot tub, outdoor shower and nice new dock. We rented a golf cart and it was the perfect way to travel the island. Plan ahead though, as ferry travel is not cheap. Beth was quick to answer any questions that came up...ZERO complaints, other than our week went wayyyy to fast....
