Everything was good, location, amenities and parking.
Bathroom, shower wasn't fixed. I complained about it but no any response. Request for changing bedsheets and new towels are not free of cost, even price of staying was too high. Bulb of one room wasn't working.

the location
called the agent about pressing iron not working , cable tv not working..no action whatsoever was taken on either issues. Back garden was overgrown with weed and inaccessible from the Kithcen. the first floor landing disturbs with continuous creaking sounds

Cleaning (cobwebs, dirtfluff and fine dust), mattresses sagged, and bedding old, bathroom needs maintenance, kitchen required complete overhaul, sky digital box not working, garden very poor, heating system broke for a few hours requires complete change, front of the house requires facelift, general and recycle waste bins were full on arrival not a pleasant sight at all.

After leaving property with acceptable photos of how we left the property, the land lord made up a whole heap of excuses not to pay back deposit, totally un acceptable with no evidence

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need. The location was good for where we were working. The staff was lovely and kept contact prior to and during our stay. Would definitely use again. 😀

The property was a ground floor property. Inside had all the expected facilities
The property booked and the property I got keys for were different ( I was given Gilda Court keys). The location was terrible. Very difficult to drive to. Parking difficult and didn’t look the safest place. The entrance hallway to the block was disgusting. The bathroom was in need of some TLC. The tv only had internet and no digital channels.
I was charged a separate deposit which I had to chase up over two weeks later to get it back.
