Very clean and. comfortable
Location on sat nav took us to a hotel called Ramada near Burnt Oak, twice.

Convenient location
Smelt damp, unclean, hand wash in shower instead of shampoo overall I wouldn’t stay here again

Rude staff, I asked for an extra pillow due to a member of our party needing to be more propped up due to health. Was told they did not have any extras because they were full, I asked what happened if someone was sick or something then and the receptionist who seemed very unwilling to help just said I'll see what we can do, took my room number then never came back to us but I knew as soon as I walked off she wasn't going to do anything. Very unhelpful and came across very rude. Also only 2 plugs by the desk (one for the tv) in a room for 3 people.

O valor é muito alto para pouco conforto. O elevador estava em manutenção, e assim ficou por vários dias, fomos embora e ainda não funcionava. Os quartos cheirando a mofo, os carpetes muito sujos e antigos, surrados.

The room was really nice
The shower wasn't very powerful and the hot tap was too hot and hard to adjust.
Sound of the lift and being in the lift was worrying

Paid for upgrade but no power shower , no safe and fridge didn’t work . Only 1 pillow each on bed 😞 and no cups at breakfast only paper ones .

Really old hotel. Had to call reception to open and close window. Had no handles. Fan in room because Air conditioning not working. Breakfast really dry and overcooked. If I could have moved else where I would have . No sockets anywhere near the beds. This hotel is a 2 star

Option for late cheak out at extra cost.
Not worth the money paid. The room was very basic no plug point by bedside. Only plug points were by the television not enough for two people to use at the same time. No headboard, or iorn or wardrobe for that matter. Got a refund for the breakfast, would not even attempted to eat what I saw.

Our room was close to high way, to noises , bed room so hot, I don't get rest , making me sick , bathroom wasn't clean properly, very minimize everything in the room even milk sugar, toilet roll.The bathroom fan not working full of steam in the room and bathroom.damp inside the toilet, even the breakfast wasn't great, tea cup is very small, no milk, services wasn't that great.
Its was side , twice I book Uber , he lost to find the place, then we have to book local min cap, basically everything.

Rooms was lovely
The staff were awful, never answered the phones when rang. On check-in we stood there for way over 5 minutes with no staff on the desk. When I came down to the bar the staff were just sitting in the restaurant on their phones

The toilet was blocked and when I tried to complain they didn't take me seriously. I was ignored.

We asked if we could change rooms from a double bed to twins, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in arranging it at short notice.

That was quite. The food were good. The bed size and room size were very nice.
The location for private trip without tour bus is very hard. And took exactly 2 hours to city center.

This is a budget hotel at the M1 services near London. It does what it says on the tin. It was clean & comfortable.
There was some noise from the railway which was close to my window. Otherwise it was fine.

Nice warm temperature
Room a bit tatty. ie.. Shower warm but couldn't get it really hot. Tile chipped. Brown water stains on ceiling above the bed

Room was dirty, duvet thin as paper, no tea bags, rubbish on floor, bath panel falling off and tiles cracked

very conveniently sited at the end of the M1 motorway. clean and comfortable reception and lounging area where Starbucks coffee available. Did not use breakfast service. Spacious room put poor quality bed. Bottom of bathroom, door frame swelling badly. at that price I paid £38. It was very good value.

Bed was not good I booked double bed they gave me twin if I asked them they said it was fully booked although first I saw the room was not ready some staff were very friendly and some were strict
