Really nice.! Clean, great beds (even if one was a little high for us but that's because we were all over 60!), pool was all you could ask for. Close to great restaurants too. Cabana out back was a gift as one of us was a night person as well. Will definitely come back!

This home is beautiful and the location is great. Short distances to all the things West Palm Beach has to offer. It was very clean and the pool was a bonus. I did not need anything so did't communicate with the hosts- just for check in and check out which was very easy.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Flamingo Park and at this home. The house was clean and inviting with plenty of natural light, privacy and space to spread out. It was also very close to high quality restaurants and night life. We are thinking of returning next year. It was great!

Hopefully I was a quite guest for the property owners. The house makes a great first impression when you enter. The vibe stays with you throughout your stay. My parents live in Boynton Beach and they are in their late 70’s and I had them come up and stay in the studio a couple of nights and they really liked that. Restaurants are close and so is downtown West Palm Beach. Book It.

House is in a beautiful neighborhood. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are separate from each other creating wonderful privacy for each. Two sitting porches and poolside dining and loungers. Superb outdoor spaces. Kitchen/living/dining open and connected making for great gathering space. My most difficult decision daily was whether to have morning coffee on the front or back porch.

This was a great trip and the house was perfect. I will come back here every time I visit West Palm Beach!

The home is in the historic Flamingo District of West Palm Beach. The site is centrally located for easy access to the beaches of West Palm Beach at much less cost than local hotels. The home has an amazing pool, great restaurants in the area, comfortable beds, great kitchen and was well stocked. The owner (and property manager) reached out via text message and through the VRBO app to make sure all was well during our stay. Definitely a worthwhile stay

The property was excellent, and the location is ideal! It was great as we stayed for a baseball tournament. Our son, who is 18, stayed in the Cabana by himself, which gave him his own space, then my husband and I had our own space. The house was clean, did not need to adjust the air conditioner, the internet was fast, the pool was perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. We cooked most of the time. Matthew was great; he was attentive to our needs, questions and had fabulous recommendations. Table 26 is a wonderful restaurant! If you are from the north, be prepared for the bugs...nothing you can do about them... they just are. I would love to go back; thank you, Geoff Bernard and Matthew!

This house was perfect for our two families. We traveled to west palm beach to meet my parents for my brother’s wedding. The main house was perfectly set up for us and our daughter, with the main suite in the back of the house and the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in the front of the house. The cabana was just the right size for my parents with a large bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area. The house had many amenities to make our stay comfortable and the location was in a quiet neighborhood still close to downtown, parks, and other attractions. The pool was the perfect place to relax in the afternoons. Matthew was responsive to any questions we had and Geoff called from the UK to make sure we arrived and the house was working out for us. We would certainly stay here again!

The owner and property manager were very hospitable. The owner called shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Love the pool and the cabana!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time. The home with the Cabana was simply paradise and had plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed the back yard pool area which was nice and had our privacy. We were there for Spring Training which is about 20 min. to Roger Dean Stadium, along with other things to do. Geoff and Matthew were always attentive to any questions we had. Thank You for sharing your home with our family. I also would recommend Phipps Ocean Park, Great Beach area.

We really enjoyed our stay in West Palm Beach. The house was charming, clean, fresh, and well appointed. It was close to all the new cool restaurants in West Palm and the high end shopping in Palm Beach. The house was a nice size for 2 of us plus a child in the cabana. The owner and property manager contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house had all the things we needed- privacy, air conditioning, a nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fluffy towels, TVs in all the rooms, nice linens in the master bedroom, pretty landscaping, swimming pool, and lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend this house for someone looking to stay in the area.

Lovely home in charming neighborhood. Great location for entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Family time around the relaxing pool area was a highlight!

Layout worked well. Front room a bit too dark to read in but attractive and atmospheric for socializing. Matthew was most helpful and attentive. Kids had a great time.

We stayed in this beautiful home in the Flamingo Park district of West Palm for 2 glorious weeks with our friends from Paris and their 2 children (we were 4 adults and 4 kids aged 4 to 9). What can I say - Geoff's home was perfect in every way and even exceeded our expectations! The home is fully equipped - the kitchen has every appliance and gadget you might need. Goeff provided beach towels and extra bath towels and even had kleenex, cleaning products and garbage bags on hand (which is a real convenience - many rental homes do not provide this but is SOOOO appreciated). The home was spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out; we had the master and extra bedroom in the main house, and our friends and their 2 kids stayed in the Cabana, and we all convened in the large open living/dining area. There are 5 TV's at this property - which was also convenient (though we hardly watched any) - because even though it was August in south Florida, we had 2 weeks of sun (including that solar eclipse on Aug 21!). I have saved the best for last - the best part of this property is the outdoor space: there is a large pool with a small waterfall feature that adds to the tropical ambiance. There are lots of lounge chairs (and lots of shade throughout the day), as well as outdoor dining and sitting areas. We spent most of our vacation in the pool and I am grateful because my son can finally swim! This property also has a number of other unique features that renters should appreciate: seamless check in; a nicely stocked library in (which has retained it's vintage look!); full AC; easy parking; a garage stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a large beach 'tent' and umbrella; a new BBQ; and a great location about 2 mins from I-95 (5 mins from PB airport) and 10 mins drive to the beach. We recommend Phipp's Ocean Park for the beach (parking is a bit $$ but there are services and the beach is gorgeous!). Also - you can get gas for the BBQ at Publix (grocery store) which is a 2 min drive. Thanks Geoff - we hope to meet you next time - as we will definitely be back! Loved the house and the location. It delivered everything it had promised. Good size for a family of 4 and we barely used the Cabana. Pool is fab and location ideal. A short walk from City Place and very close to I95 for traveling anywhere. I would certainly be looking to use this property again if I return to WPB.

This property was perfect for us. It was a great experience for our family. The home is set up for families or couples and everyone has their own space and privacy. It is a beautiful older home that has been updated and is in a wonderful historical district. Beach, shopping, restaurants and activities all within 15 minutes or less. Returning to a quite neighborhood and enjoying your own private pool is a plus. The property Manager, Matthew was an absolute pleasure. The owners have put lots of work into making the property feel like "home". Thanks to Geoff & Matthew for sharing this place. If we are in the area in the future, we would love to be able to stay at Palm Ridge again. Thank you again for a great vacation location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palm Ridge! I literally cannot think of one constructive thing to say about our experience. From the beginning when I spoke to Geoff, to our meeting with Matthew, and through our days in the house, everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Having stayed in many VRBO vacation rentals, I can tell you that is not always the case. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Palm Beach Atlantic Univerity and with Geoff's permission, hosted a family gathering after with catering from nearby Grato restaurant...the house lended itself perfectly. Everyone who enjoyed the house is talking about future plans to stay again. If you are looking for a beautiful and tranquil setting in Palm Beach, this is the place!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Palm Ridge after booking a last minute trip to WPB. The house is beautiful and has some really nice features including resort style pool and amenities. Palm Ridge is truly a beautiful home! It is rare to find a 2nd residence so well decorated and appointed. The pictures do not do the great room justice. The view through the double French doors into the pool is so peaceful and relaxing. Every morning, we drank coffee on the veranda and just enjoyed the outdoor space which is just delightful. We appreciated the little extras like beach towels, pack n play, and mini fridge in the cabana. After a week at the house, we did not want to leave! I rented a road bike and biked from the house across the bridge to the coastal road for 20 miles. My husband also ran from the house to the Palm Beach path along the ocean. The outdoor shopping area there is an absolute must and filled with your favorite stores. We spent most of the time in the pool at the house enjoying 4 generations of family and having an incredible time in this beautiful space. We rent often from vrbo.com often and also rent out our 2nd residence. I would highly recommend this stunning property and am considering returning ourselves.

I rented this house for a mini reunion with some college pals (we're old, class of '81, LOL). What a great house, so comfortable, so equipped, so private. We had a wonderful stay...didn't leave the house except for provisions until the last day. The owner and onsite realtor were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Can't wait to come back, end of January of 2012!

We arrived by night, our flight was so delayed it was 4 am when we entered and discovered the house and within 2sec we felt at home. The house was perfectly clean, beds done, communication with the owner has been clearwater. The house is exactly as described ! I was with my lover and my two kids, it was perfect size, we could've been even more as we didn't used the cabana. The furnitures of the villa are just great, decoration done with a lot of good taste, the spa and the pool were very pleasant ! As well the location is ideal, close to the sea (a 10 mn drive) and all commodities. The neighborhood is peaceful. We had an amazing time, will very probably renew. Thanks again !!

We are so delighted to have found Palm Ridge where we stayed during our recent visit to West Palm Beach. Thanks to Bryan who helped us to settle in and gave us some good local info. The house and Cabana are very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the Cabana was a total hit with our teenage girls! We all enjoyed the family room with the 50 inch TV and the kitchen was great, everything was so convenient. The pool and deck area are a real sun trap and totally private - fantastic. When the time came we really found it hard to tear ourselves away - we will be back. Soon. I hope! Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.

The house is really beautiful, but since the first day we were there we encountered a few problems: it has only three bedrooms, the house was dirty, the previous renters left garbage in the garage (and the owner blamed us), the pool's heater didn't work until the 4th day, plus Ryan, the maintenance guy, didn't know how to fix it (in fact he pressed all the control's buttons inside the house, making things worse) and he couldn't tell us why the heater in the house worked only in half of the house (probably the same happens with the A/C). The owner kept all of our deposit, saying we broke the control of the pool, that we left the house dirty, that we disturbed the neighbors and that we overcrowded the house! That's ridiculous! I'm sharing our story, because I don't want this to happen to anybody else. So, BE CAREFUL WITH THE OWNER!!!

I stayed at this property with 3 girlfriends and we had a great time. We didn't even make it to the beach since we had our own private pool and spa. We would definitely return. Since we booked this trip at the last minute Brian met us at the house and helped us with everything we needed to have a enjoyable, comfortable stay. The main house and cabana were both very clean and well equipped. We walked to get groceries and other supplies. It was very conveniently located.
