We stayed at this home during our daughter's wedding weekend. It was so beautifully decorated and light and bright. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We really loved staying here and it was a perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos! Claire was very responsive to my emails and questions. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at the property with my brother and sister in law to attend a wedding in Edgartown. The property was lovely and we had everything we needed. The property is in a very convenient location - it truly is just a short walk to town. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Martha's Vineyard.

We felt at home right away. This house is clean, comfy and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. And it’s a 10 - 15 minute walk to town! Outstanding! We’ll be back!

We had a great week at Claire's home. A nice 15 minute (with 2 kids) walk to central Edgartown, even faster by bike. Located on a quiet street with lots of privacy from tall front hedges and the large fenced-in backyard (which the kids loved running around in.) Very nice interior and just enough room for our family. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Claire!

This property is excellent! Plenty of room for my family of four (2 kids ages 12 and 11). Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms are big with plenty of storage for clothes. House has everything you will need chairs, towels, beautiful new outdoor shower, great backyard, of the kitchen things and no extra clutter. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or super quick bike ride (although the walk was really nice and enjoyable with the kids) and stop and shop, meat and fish and hardware store are a two minute walk away. You can also hop on the bike trail going to state beach, katama or morning glory farm from the street. Very convenient location!The host is amazing - reached out to see if we got in okay, replied to my questions about booking really quickly and really they have thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. We had an amazing time and have already booked for next season. If you are looking to stay on MV and explore with your family, you should book this house, just wonderful!!

The place was immaculate and exactly as the pictures describe. A quick walk to downtown Edgartown and a quick bike ride to South Beach. We have stayed at the Winnetu for the last 9 years and will now continue to rent this beautiful home for our future stays.

We have stayed at Claire and Marcos’s home 3 summers now and are always so impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, style, and utility. It works extremely well for our family with two small children- the yard is a godsend and the location is perfect. We can’t wait to return again next year!

The house is located in the lovely town of Edgartown and has all that one could want to enjoy your stay. Claire is very responsive to guests' requests and needs. Very pretty and comfortable home near town center!

Four of us had a great stay at Claire's property. The house has a great location...walking distance to downtown Edgartown, liquor store and market. We had terrible weather for most of our stay but the house was very comfortable and cozy for all of us. The house was very clean. We cooked in a lot; kitchen is well appointed and stocked. We had a minor plumbing issue when we arrived but within hours, a plumber had taken care of it. Thanks Claire!

Wonderful stay! Close to town, very clean, and perfect for families/friends.

When we arrived at the address, we were excited to be as close as we were to groceries and a pleasant, easy morning walk for me (Dad) to Edgartown for coffee. We were even more excited when we opened the door! The place was bigger than expected, with space to spare for the four of us. Claire checked in immediately after our arrival, no more was needed as the house was the perfect spot for our MV getaway.

My family stayed in Martha's Vineyard for one week in July. We were a 3 generation family that occupied this 2 floor home with 2 bathrooms. The house had all the necessities needed including a grill, linens, well equipped kitchen, outdoor table, and chairs. The hosts also had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels for the 6 of us and an outdoor shower. The house is located near bus stops and Stop and Shop. We were a 13 minute walk into the heart of Edgartown. Our family got the bus passes that enabled us to visit all of MV and the app called Transloc enabled us to track the bus routes. Claire and Marco were attentive to our questions, needs and were the perfect hosts. Our family highly recommend this property.

Our family of 4 with two college aged children stayed in this house for 6 days and we had a wonderful time. The house was ideally situated within walking distance to Edgartown. also so close to the bike paths we went biking to Oak Bluffs and South Beach multiple times. The bike rental is within walking distance, as are several shops and restaurants. The house was very roomy with a downstairs bedroom and full bath, and upstairs two bedrooms and full bath. The house itself was thoughtfully designed and the furnishings and finishes appeared newly renovated. The yard was nicely landscaped with a deck outfitted with a dining set and sun chairs. The fence around the yard provided a lot of privacy. Kitchen was fully equipped with almost any utensil you could ask for. There were extra supplies (dish detergent, coffee, paper towels, beach chairs and umbrella, etc). The laundry machine is nice to have so you can pack lightly. Last but not least, the host Claire was fantastic. She responded to questions within minutes and was very efficient. Great experience!

The home is freshly decorated and well equipped with everything you might need. It is on a quiet street close to the center of Edgertown. Claire was great to deal with and was very prompt and responsive to our needs and the questions we asked. All in all a great time with great hosts.

We came at the first close of most establishments but the timing was perfect!! We saw things we would not have gotten to, we talked in length with the locals, enjoyed the beaches, bike riding, and restaurants without crowds,,hassles, and reservations. We had an amazing time!

Can’t say enough about our stay here. All 4 of us were very comfortable. Location is a short walk to Edgar town and bicycle shop and paths close by. The beds were super comfy. Nice private fenced in yard. Will stay again for sure and definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this location. House was very comfortable for three couples. The deck and eat in kitchen were both enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. We were most happy with the location. We could walk into downtown Edgartown very easily. There were also restaurants, bike rentals, a grocery store and a brewery nearby. We would happily stay there again and the owner was very nice to work with.

Our family of 6 (grandparents, daughter and husband , 2 kids 6 and 10) spend an enjoyable week on MV in this house. House was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need to feel right at home including full array of kitchen utensils,cookware, etc. Chairs and beach towels were much appreciated. The corn hole set was a huge hit . Location is great, close to center of town and around the corner from a Super Stop& Shop. Fenced-in back yard is large with chairs and side tables for the cocktail hour and an umbrella table for eating. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice and mattresses are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Owner was exceptionally helpful, responsive and welcoming.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at this charming MV cottage. The location was wonderful with close proximity to bike/walk to DT Edgartown and to run/bike to several of the amazing surrounding beaches and ponds. The interior house was light filled with amenities and furnishings that were thoughtfully appointed. The private backyard and deck were perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in both day or evening. We are already planning our next stay!

All in all the house was good. The air condition units were not great but reasonable given they were window units. The master shower is incredibly small and it was not used after one attempt. All supplies were in the home to have a comfortable stay and the backyard was excellent for kids.

We spent a week at this wonderful property with friends. It was the perfect house for our families which included 4 children under four. The house was spotless when we arrived and we loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. You could tell the mattresses were great quality. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs so we didn’t need to pack. During the week we spent a lot of time in the backyard playing and enjoying some quiet time on Adirondack chairs with a drink when kids were in bed. We loved the proximity to state beach and town. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, close to town but away from traffic. Owners were excellent to communicate with. Everything was neat and clean and very easy to use. We would definitely go back!

Claire was super responsive to our questions. The outdoor shower was amazing after a hot sandy day at the beach and the house was spotless clean. Super easy bike ride to Edgartown and not a bad walk either!

I had a wonderful time staying at this property with my family. I was traveling with a toddler and a newborn, and the home could not have been better suited for us. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed, including lots of kitchen staples and beach supplies. The yard and deck were also wonderful for dining alfresco and playtime. The location could not be better, as you are right near the hustle and bustle (including very close to the supermarket, drugstore, and lots of restaurants) but enough removed to have quiet and privacy. The owner Claire was extraordinarily responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property, and I hope that my family will be lucky enough to be able to make a return visit soon.

Great location, walking distance to dinners and shopping. The house is very nicely decorated and we enjoyed the backyard and deck. Plenty of space for 3 couples to stay. Can’t wait to come back!!
