My family and I stayed here together, we were visiting SF because I was getting married. This space is beautiful, but was lacking in a few key areas. The first night, we were lacking many linens, blankets, and towels. There were only 6 of us out of the 11 total, so imagine everyone having to share towels on our trip, even with just 6 people. I also had to use the flat sheets from beds around the house to give to my dad who was staying on the daybed. The day of my ceremony, we pulled back in to the house to find a lady going through the garage.. Was she going through our stuff in the house? Who knows. I asked if she was the owner and wanted to introduce myself, especially since it was a special day and the house was part of it. The lady was the rudest person to all of us, I was trying to talk to her and she stormed passed us while making a face. She ignored me again and left without closing the garage. It was a terrible interaction, I can't believe this was the house owner treating her guests this way. The house was also not prepared for a family. Being that this place doesn't allow parties etc., and it mainly being for families (which is also why we chose it), there was nothing available for babies. Overall, it's a nice property, but you can find better with better treatment that is more equipped to have guests. It was not how I'd imagined such a beautiful property experience being on my wedding day. The hosts need a little help in learning how to be hosts.

Great 4 night stay for daughters birthday. Great location clean home friendly neighbors. Hiked and beach everyday. Hottub was great at the end of the day. Would stay again. Host was attentive to the few minor things that arose

Very peaceful, quiet location with mature trees and some lovely views. The floorplan is unique, and well-suited to larger groups. Access to house and upper floors is not suitable for anyone with a mobility impairment. Large, comfortable kitchen that is very well appointed. It would be very nice to have the sidewalk lights turned on for guests that check-in late. The climb in the dark was a challenge.

Absolutely loved it!

Views of pines, Sky, and water from every window. A short walk to cafés, shops, the beach. A short drive to beaches, shops, groceries, and restaurants. Very comfortable beds.

I stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights with my 4 adult kids. We spent the days exploring San Francisco and the Bay Area and had this lovely home to relax in in the evenings. We relaxed in the hot tub after busy days. The house is very roomy and we were all able to have our own space. It had everything we needed. There are stairs up to it but they are very manageable. There are beautiful hiking trails in Pacifica close to the house. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

We had a fun time in San Francisco! And the home was a perfect place to end our days! Best views and close to every place we visited! We are ready to plan more stays there in the near future!

This home is amazing a dream even. We had so much fun there’s so much space the views are amazing there’s so many rooms and bathrooms and the beds were sooooo good! Also the leather furniture and the views and kitchen. Stay at this space it’s amazing! Enjoy!

Our family of 6 adults found the house very spacious, well furnished, stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, and views of the ocean. Property management was easy to reach when needed for any questions. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again.

This property is large for the location. Easy walk to the beach. Host was easy to contact through email, and very responsive. Hot tub is in good condition.

We went to Northern California for my 40th birthday that matched up with my nephews first birthday and party. It was wonderful being so close to me family in the city yet far enough away to not be. We had a wonderful time. The back patio and hot tub was dirty and needed water but easy fix. We hope to stay here again in the furniture. It was really quiet perfect for our family!

Perfect house for a couples trip. Plenty of room…great quiet neighborhood. Super close to Rockaway Beach…great little coffee shop on the way to the water. Easy access to SF and HMB. Highly recommended

Spent a weekend with friends for a reunion—was an enjoyable experience.

This was a beautiful house with ocean views! We had a great time enjoying this property! There were so many windows with awesome views and great natural lighting! Warning there are a lot of stairs to get up to the house and unloading a lot of things is somewhat exhausting. I would also recommend a bit more seating in the common areas for a house that sleeps up to 16 guests. Otherwise everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. Bedding and beds were all very comfortable.

The house was even more vertical than it appeared in the listing. People out of shape, or over 60, will find it difficult to get to the house. Although there are many beds, there are only 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Parking was a problem. There are only 3 spaces for the house and 2 of these will not accommodate cars with a small ground clearance bc they bottom out. Management was not helpful in this regard, they simply repeated “you must carpool”, but we had people driving from LA, Oregon, Monterey, and SF as well as 2 rental cars. Ultimately we took back the rentals, found parking a mile away, and found spots for 2 cars close to the house. The house had great views, good amenities (hot tub and Xfinity), and ultimately met our needs.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Pacifica. Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt very safe and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Great house for our family to get together

This house has plenty of space for our family with 7 people and it’s just a short walk to the beach and some great trails. If you have little kids, make sure to bring some paper plates as the dishes at the property may not be suitable for young children.

A wonderful coastal house in a gorgeous hillside setting. This home had multiple sleeping arrangements in every room ensuring that everyone was more than comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean did not disappoint. I highly recommend staying here.

Property looks beautiful from outside but was missing quite a few items for basic comfort, e.g. 4 bedrooms with 2 additional trundle bed pairs but one functioning shower. We made do with 3 adults but would be harder with bigger groups. Views from the master were probably better before the trees blocked most of it.

Quiet family neighborhood was perfect for our family getaway. It’s a very big three floor house which was perfect for us to gather together or spend time apart. They are not kidding about the stairs. Be prepared to do a lot of stair climbing inside and outside this very vertically designed house. My only critique is that I wish the hot tub were hotter, but that’s a personal preference.

We had an amazing time with this property. We had a staycation and enjoyed the location near the beaches and downtown San Francisco. Communication was great and we had a response to every question within the hour. Had no complaints!
