Justin and Yuni are, by far, the most responsible and attentive VRBO owners we’ve experienced in our 5 years wintering in Florida. The home is spacious, the pool luxurious, and the sundries plentiful! The neighborhood is sweet and comfortable. If we return to Tampa, we will definitely find a way to rent at Living Large!

Beautiful property which includes anything you would require. The pool was used everyday. We had many barbecues and always ate outside because of the great weather we had.

Excellent in all respects.
Hosts were delightful, and unusually attentive to all details. Property was immaculately clean, and well stocked in all household supplies. When minor issues arose, hosts responded quickly and appropriately. Would definitely come back, and would recommend this property to anyone!

Great trip
This was an amazing VRBO. The home was incredibly clean and in the perfect location for our family trip. We were comfortably able to fit 6 adults and 5 young children. The owners treated us like family upon arrival (even though we’ve never met!) They accommodated an early check-in and had breakfast foods and basic need items waiting for us. Worth every penny. Had a great trip!

All your needs anticipated!
Justin and Yuni provided a spectacular home for our impromptu family reunion! The heated pool during the last week of Feb and into March was a favorite (as well as the hot tub)!! When we arrived they had water and breakfast items in the fridge, baby bedding, toddler gates, an industrial size washing machine and dryer for pool towels all week and any toiletries you may have forgotten. The beds were comfortable and a wonderful enclosed patio for outdoor eating. I have used VRBO successfully many times in the past but these owners went above and beyond the needs to provide it all. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys completed the picture. We couldn't have been happier! 8 adults, 2 infants.

Great Location and Home!
Our family of 16 enjoyed this property immensely! The teens especially loved the pool and outdoor area. We had plenty of sleeping spaces and the owners provided everything we needed!

5 Star House-So much better than expected
The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub in the huge back yard. The house itself was so clean, had so much space, the computer was handy, there were so many items available to use if we forgot anything or needed additional items for cooking or getting ready for the day. I would highly recommend staying at this house. It felt like we were at a luxury resort. It was so nice to have some drinks & food in the fridge for us when we 1st checked in. Thank you so much. I would love to come stay again.

Amazing property
What a wonderful property. Our family was impressed with everything about it. It was clean, well organized and so comfortable. Our hosts had thought of everything. You can tell they truly care about their guests. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Great Home
The home was very clean and spacious and the owners paid attention to detail providing a lot of the typical supplies you have to go and buy when renting. location was great close to shopping downtown Tampa and Clearwater.

Family reunion
Yuni was a perfect host. The home was ready for us as she promised and she added many “niceties” to our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and even a second fridge for the large party. Bedrooms were spacious and outdoor area was wonderful.

My stay in Tampa Florida!
The house was Great and Very Clean the only thing I could not get the TVs to work for regular Channels other than that the overall stay was Great!

Amazing house with everything we needed!
From the very second we arrived, everything was perfect. The owners had water and snacks ready which was amazing after our 15 hr drive. Every room was perfectly made up with a bathroom basket of commonly forgot items as well as plenty of towels and other toiletries! Kitchen was large with lots of space for us to spread out and the pool was amazing! This house couldn’t have been any better. Thank you for sharing your house with us we will definitely come back!

We had perfect girls getaway
Yuni and Justin are so easy to work with! Their place is under 15 minutes to the airport. The house is about 15 minutes from nightlight! When we arrived they had plenty of towels, some food out so you didn’t have to rush out, and plenty of water! Their house has so much space and the pool is even better in person. We had 14 girls and everyone had a place to sleep. We had lots of questions and they replied so fast and were so polite and professional. Their instructions for the house were easy and clear cut. I highly recommend!
