I only like breakfast service and the location the hotel

It was pathetic experience there the room was untidy and the washroom items were also missing and there is no facilty of good working basin inthe washroom plus tv was not working all the time switching off itself pathetic experience we also complained there

Break fast timing was 8-10am. I req them that I have to reach at 8am for meeting but their manager refuse to serve. I purchase break fast from outside . Half fry egg, amlate, paratha, tea, toss only available.. but service was vv slow because there is only one poor worker who perform all duties (he starts cleaning of hotel at 6am, then after 8am he prepare break fast for all guest, he also pick calls in morning to entertain queries, he also perform duties for other 8-10 people including there breakfast, these ,8-10 people including manager perform no duties they use mobile, gup ship and eating meals but poor man Ramesh do all tasks, highly unprofessional staff and manager)..

Please remove your manager and existing staff except ramesh and hire new staff for each task. 8-10 staff was there but only one poor person ramesh responsible for all duties.. unbelievable

You get what you paid for. All the necessary amenities were provided. Its located in nice area and highly recommend the hotel

Room was spacious and interconnected; good for family and value for money. Each room had TV. Floor was tile, much better then carpet. Each room had AC.

One of the two AC and fan was not working. Room with good AC had broken fan and room with poor AC had fan working. They were fixed the next day though. All other staff at the reception are good except the manager who didn't seem to know the ABC of basic customer service. There was a tiny kitchen but nothing else; not even a single glass. You have to ask for it every time you need one.
