Near to Aiport is advantage.

There are flies everywhere, and you can't sit for 5 minutes. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests as I was bitten by those. Customer service and cleanliness are two pillars of hospitality sector, and the male staff at reception were not cooperative.

Airport pick/drop facility.

Breakfast provided live entertainment of staff shouting at each other in front of guests. No fresh orange juice,straight out of a carton and low quality Prices have doubled in last 12 months and standards have dropped. Carpets look tired.

The breakfast buffet was good, but the coffee was just Nescafe powder in hot water. The food is not that spicy, and the foreigeners can enjoy the traditional cuisine. The food quality was excellent. The pool was mainly used by men and kids. The foreign currency can be exchanged at the reception.

The room was not ready, although I arrived after 15:00. The bedsheets were dirty, and my luggage (taken by a "motivated" porter) was delivered to the room after more than 30 mins. The hairs were lying around on the bedsheets and bathroom. The internet did not work sometimes.

No hair dryer when got one it didn’t work, good job as it would have been dangerous to use as back cover was missing where hair could have tangled. Took 5 attempts to get an iron but after 30 minutes they asked to get it back, for the size of hotel they should have iron for each room or make a ironing room where guests could iron clothes. Room windows never been cleaned and net curtain which was white once upon a time.

Nice and Pleasant stay.. Breakfast was awesome and the staff/cook at breakfast was very friendly and helping. He baked fresh Nans for us that we enjoyed a lot. Locations is very good and close to Airport that help us taking our next flight.

For a price you pay they don't have such hospitality. You need to drop off at the security gate far from reception.they dont allow cars ahead and their security staff stops you. You need to scan your bags via scanner by yourself and reach reception. Upon complaining they say that you could have left luggage there "unattended" and someone from staff could bring it For the price, room was just okay. Movenpick, PC and Avari are much better options if one can stay in Saddar area

cockroaches, old used towels, no shampoo in room have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for any request that too if you keep calling them if not they will not do anything for the whole day.

Breakfast was a normal but when things finished, not topped up properly. Air conditioning system in the room was too old and noisy. Location is OK
