We have been coming to spi for 6 yrs now yrly and this is our 4th stay at sea vista but this condo has been the best; stocked with the exact cooking pans my mom loves to use, plenty of toiletries, etc. best part our bed was super comfy hard time getting up!

Amazing, clean, spacious, true to listing. Host were more than helpful. The pictures don't do full justice of the beauty and peacefulness of this property.

Myself and two of my friends stayed here for a girl’s trip. Nick and Lana were absolutely amazing from the time we booked until check out. Their hospitality is unmatched. They made sure we had all of the check-in and check-out information before our stay to avoid any delays or complications. They communicated during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us a heads-up about updates being done on the building. The condo was located in a gated area which made us feel safe. The front office staff was friendly when we were checking in and very helpful. The condo was absolutely fabulous. It was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals and prepare snacks and drinks. They had a large dining table perfect for game night. The living around had a very large and relaxing sofa and love seat. The balcony was stocked with plenty of chairs for overlooking a beautiful ocean view. They truly thought of everything. I could write a book review based on our experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area. Thank you both again for everything!

Great place to stay. We could have used some more warm days, but that wasn't to be. There were workmen working on cement, but this was a temporary thing and the Workman never started before 10:00 in the morning. I would stay there again. Lana was a great hostess!

Lana is a great owner. Always a text away. Condo has everything you need for kids complete with toys. Don’t worry about beach stuff….they have it all from towels to chairs to umbrellas to boogie boards. This was our third year coming to this unit and already booked for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on SPI, are family of six adults were more than comfortable. The unit had plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available as well. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo! We felt like we had our portion of the beach to ourselves most of the time. This building is located basically at the end of the row of condo/resorts on the island. It's right next to Isla Blanca.
The room had a lot of stuff in the room already so it felt like home. It was very clean. Very spacious for a condo. We had 7 in our party and had no trouble.
The island doesn't really offer a lot of things to do that's fun for all the family besides the beach, seashell beach, and the original dolphin watch. This condo built bondi g time and memories for sure. Excellent vacation.

We had the best time at this condo! So clean & spacious! We were there for 6 nights & I always overpack! So refreshing to have an abundance of hangers & storage space. This place was fully equipped with everything you need & even those things you didn’t even know you needed! The hosts were awesome. By the way, that view was just so spectacular! Better than the pics. Beach was right there. Would highly recommend, We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. The condo was well supplied and clean. Very good communication with owner and easy access to condo. We ate at several restaurants within short distance from condo that were good--Sea Ranch and Russo's. Beach access was very easy and we saw some beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We would stay here again.

My parents were visiting me from out of town, and wanted to make it a fun weekend at the beach. This location was perfect, easy access to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Made for perfect pictures and early strolls on the beach for the sunrise. Place was clean and well kept. Had plenty of toys for the beach, for the kids. As well as chairs and umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend.

Go Coastal!
Our group of 6 friends had the best stay in Lana & Nick’s condo. CLEAN! 3 King comfy beds, private bedrooms for each couple. Very easy communication with hosts. Love the easy walk to the beach and they had all the beach items you could need. Elevator made it perfect for us, with some physical challenges. We would love to return and stay there again!!

Absolutely Perfect!
Beautiful location with amazing views. The condo was spotless and had all the basic necessities. I was able to have groceries delivered from H‑E‑B which was a huge time saver. Several restaurants within a short walk, saving us from having to drive anywhere. The kids loved playing in the waves and floating in the pool. Nothing negative to speak of and we would definitely say here again!

We love the location of this condo. Great gulf views from all the windows and balcony, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, secure, easy beach access, and Lana is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

Family Time
We had such a great week! This condo is located directly on the beach as the pictures display. We have two younger boys and they we in their glory the entire week. Everything they could have wanted was provided from beach toys, pool toys, games, books, ect. It made packing very easy. There was never a moment that we were searching for something to do. The condo itself was also well stocked with everyday necessities along with disposable goods. Far more than we expected or have seen in the past. The property owners and on-site managers were all VERY kind and accessible if we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely return and stay here!
