Place was good. Location was really good if you want to be in the uptown area. I would say owners need to update some of the kitchen ware- especially the pans. Overall, great place and we had a nice time.

Space was just right for our family. Good distance to local stores and a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. My daughter wasn’t feeling good so she stayed at the condo and loved the quiet and relaxing time watching movies in a nice safe environment!

The property was located in a great spot within the town. The issues were the cleanliness of the condo. It was filthy. We found poop smeared near the toilet paper holder, hair in the shower, and the floors felt gross. The house just felt dirty. I don’t think the top linens were changed either. There is also a leak in the downstairs bathroom near the toilet that needs to be addressed. Toilet water was leaking all over the tile. Other than the level of cleanliness it was located in a great spot, and the roads were maintained as well as the sidewalks.

Overall this was a very nice house and was easy to find off the main street. The house had everything you could need including cooking supplies, coffee maker, towels, washer and dryer and even sleds. The gas fireplace is really nice on a cold winter day and was nice to sit around. Like others have mentioned, I think the house could a little bit of cleaning and updating but overall I would stay here again.

Condo is in a great area, not in the middle of town but close enough to get there. Is you choose. A lot of nature around you, enjoyed the green space behind the condo, quiet and relaxing. The only issue is the recliner and the love seat are close to falling apart and should be updated soon. Definitely would recommend staying here

Good location, friendly neighbors, access to restaurants. Would have been a 5 star rating if they would have cleaned the back deck of debris and the top of the refrigerator!

This apartment had everything I needed for an extended stay. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and it is located about 5 minutes from downtown but has restaurants and stores all around it. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The condo was in a good location. Close to town but out far enough that was the best of both.

The property seemed more like staying in a college friends apartment vs. being hosted in a vacation home. Recliner and couch are broken, hard to find things in kitchen, and poor communication for check in. Home didn’t have regular glasses to drink out of and just seemed poorly stocked. Clean towels were in the drier which we didn’t find until 2nd night. I do not think I would stay here again.

nice property for our visit.

The property was decent, in a great location and about what I expected for the rental amount; however, there was not enough silverware to host 8 people, nor enough glassware. I purchased some very inexpensive of each and left it at the property for future use. The VRBO website is a mess! I booked this property early June and paid in full. When I logged in VRBO, it said that I had not paid and that I didn't have the location, at which point I panicked. I reached out to the owners and didn't hear anything for a couple of days - so I booked another property for triple the price (as this was a multiple day trip, I didn't have access to a computer). Then when I was back in range, I received word that I in fact had the original location. Thankfully, the other property manager worked with me to cancel the other location. I will not use VRBO website again! Recommend using VACASA, as it appears they have a better handle on renting properties in Pagosa Springs.

This was our 1st time to Pagosa & we loved it!! The process to rent the house was fast and easy, no complications no worries what so ever. Best experience!! The house was great. Will definitely return & recommend our family & friends

Spacious and well organized home! I loved the decorations! I stayed there a week. The balcony/patio is perfect for the morning coffee. We did hikes in the area every day and completed them with a dip in the hot springs! Loved it!

It's comfortable and well equipped. Good location.

Fully stocked and plenty of space. Bathrooms need repairing. (Downstairs was dirty and needs a new tub, and there was a large leak in the upstairs shower) overall, extremely nice. There is a very rude local neighbor who griped out my husband for the mess at the dumpster which we had no part in creating. My guess is she complains about renters frequently.

Nice home and well equipped !!!

Condo suited our 2 families perfectly (4 adults/4kids)! So easy to get in & out even in massive quantities of snow! Everything you need is close by. Very well stocked kitchen. There was way more amenities there than what was listed (we way overpacked kitchen supplies!) Fire place was the best after a long day skiing and we loved watching all our favorite movies (DVD’s & player provided). Kids had a blast building snow forts & throwing snowballs in the 6 ft of snow behind condo!!
