The staff was really kind. We got back the money back after complaining and choosing another hotel.

Pictures you can see are a complete lie!! There is no roof top restaurant or the gym. Actually, there is no electricity at the last floor! Entire hotel, including AC, has a weird smell because of the moisture. You cannot shower without making the whole toilet wet.

They dont have a kitchen in this hotel. Fish smell and noise around the hotel is really bad.

The place definitely needs some care after being closed for a long period, but for the price paid it was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

The floor boards were in pretty rough shape and floors could have been a bit more cleaner.

No restaurant, although their booking.com profile stated that the guests can buy breakfast. We had to make noodles in our clay mugs. Toothbrushes, shaving kits were not provided eventhough the hotel was mentioned as a 4 star and we have come to expect such things as the 4 star treatment. It's the little things that matters. The staff didn't know how to arrange a transport for the leaving guests. They did not have any contact information of trust worthy drivers. The overall experience was dissapointing.

checked out after 2 hours with no refund. sheets weren’t changed, as there were stains on the bed and hair on the pillows. moreover the toilet didn’t flush.
