This apartment worked out very well for us. It was clean and had everything we needed to live comfortably. The easy access to the subway was also perfect.

We were greeted at the train station by Elena who showed us to and around in the apartment. We had everything we needed during our stay. Loved being so close to the train station. It was very quiet and overall a great place to stay.

Located on the 7th floor of an apartment building, this short getaway was to be a transition to joining a tour elsewhere in Munich. Turns out 2 nights were not enough and I wish I could have stayed longer. Here’s why: Check in process - Jasmin sent clear instructions as to how to get to the building, and her housekeeper, Elena (who was absolutely wonderful and pleasant), met me at the train station and walked me to the building and showed me how everything worked in the unit. Jasmin also had instructions on a board near the entrance with instructions. Could not be easier. The flat: The place is beautiful and even though I thought it might be noisier since the unit is near the elevators, I heard nothing. Inside, the flat is well equipped and stylishly decorated. The kitchen and living room are in one room. I didn’t cook on the induction stove but I wish I could have. The bedroom is quite large and has a desk to do work on. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the large balcony that has a table and chairs. If it weren’t so chilly, this would have been a fabulous place to hang out. The radiant heated floors meant that the unit was very comfortable enough to wear shorts and tshirt without feeling the cold outside temps. The bed was comfortable as was the couch. The light colors and tones of the walls and floors made it feel larger than a one bedroom unit. Location: The building is a short walk to the train station where the U3 and U8 make stops so access anywhere in Munich is within 20-30 minutes. On the entry floor of the building there are restaurants, a bakery and a full service grocery store making it easy to eat and/or cook while staying in the flat. Overall: I wish I could have stayed longer. Now that I know about this place, next time I’m in Munich I will definitely consider staying here again!

Apartment was very well set up and the manager was very helpful with all the details. Had a nice little shopping area right there with a cafe. Would recommend this location.

The apartment has a fantastic view and an incredibly well equipped kitchen. It is handy for the Olympic park and the next to the U3 metro line, which takes you straight into town. The apartment is next to a supermarket and a really good bakery. The owner and her housekeeper made the check-in really easy and checked with us a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I were in Munich for work and fun, the apartment was perfectly located for us to explore the city with a short ride on the U-bahn! Not to mention excellent views and great walks around Olympiapark. To sweeten the deal, Jasmin (owner) and Elena (property manager) were EXCEPTIONAL hosts - meeting us in person for the check in to give us a lay of the land, leaving us beer and wine, and frequently checking in on our stay and comfort. The only negative is the elevator could take a long time to arrive, but I'll take that tradeoff any day.

We really enjoyed staying in this well furnished, very comfortable apartment. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great with an underground station, supermarket, two bakeries and eateries within minutes. The unit has a nice deck which overlooks the Olympic Stadium and park which is great for walking. Easy access to Marienplatz and many sights via the underground. Would highly recommend!

This location was perfect! Just steps away from the train, made it easy to get around while enjoying the quietness from the main area. Although this is also steps away from the BMW plant, it didn't affect the peace of coming back to this lovely spot at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The owners showed us the ropes, which helped ALOT. They really eased our minds of being in a new country. Also being near the grocery & liquor store helped us to have the conveniences of home. Such a modern home in an old part of town, we loved it. Great spot managed by great people!

This apartment is very nicely laid out and very attractively decorated. The owner is eager to be of assistance in any way. We thought the location was excellent with easy access to the city center. Jasmin has thought of everything you will need to make you comfortable. Highly recommended.

The condo is clean and very comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy Munich. We had a car and the rental includes a designated parking spot. But, it’s location to the Ubahn makes getting in and out of town a breeze. On the lower level of the property is everything you need: bakery, market, and restaurants. Our hosts provided us with details on the area as well as restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Everything about our stay was great. If your are looking for a great place to stay, this is it!!!

Jasmin was very welcoming and showed us all around the property. This apartment is conveniently located in a complex with shopping and a short walk to the u-Bahn. It’s a very clean, well-equipped unit - we appreciated all of the cooking utensils and supplies! It’s also larger than it looks in the photos and has a great balcony.

Extra touches. They had beer, sausage, slippers, very comfortable furniture. Just a nice place to base out of. UBahn was within 100 yards and we could get anywhere that we wanted to go. very comfortable bed. They had the ability to tip up, that was not described and we had never experienced that, we loved it. They met us at the top of the UBahn and showed us all we needed. great stay, quiet, groceries, bakeries and restaurants right there to supplement our trips and was really nice when we were tired and not wanting to go anywhere. The apartment was wonderful and the host was great. They were very accommodating and met us at the building and showed us the parking and the features of the apartment. There are a few stores in the building for groceries and a couple bakeries - very convenient! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It’s a little loud outside at night until late in the morning but if the doors are closed it keeps the noise out. Otherwise the building itself is very quiet. Wonderful view and beautiful balcony. I would stay here again!

Very welcoming host! Bank, bakery, grocer, drink store outside the front entrance. 3 minute walk to the efficient U Bahn. Easy to take transit to central Munich or to/ from airport. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Но нужно жить сейчас и сегодняшний день мы встретили в функциональной квартире, совершенной с технической точки зрения. Никаких замечаний нет. В условиях довольно прохладной погоды (0...-3 градуса Цельсия) и обильных снегопадов было очень тепло и мы приоткрывали окна, чтобы не было слишком жарко. Wi-Fi функционировал быстро и в любое время суток. Транспортная доступность такова, что через 25 минут выйдя из квартиры вы окажетесь в центре Мюнхена, в районе Королевской Резиденции и Оперного театра. Супермаркет в двух минутах от квартиры, набор продуктов достойный и по бюджетным ценам. Жасмин не сумела встретить нас сама, но полностью управляла событиями по телефону. Мы четко под ее руководством доехали из аэропорта на такси и разместились. В этом нам помог Ариэль, которому отдельное спасибо. Итак. мы можем советовать эту квартиру тем, кто приезжает в Мюнхен по делу или в качестве туриста. 5 баллов по пятибалльной системе! 10 баллов по десятибалльной системе! 100 очков из 100! Спасибо! Jasmin’s apartment was the perfect spot for our stay in Munich. Its location within the Olympic village, with a grocery store and restaurants right downstairs, and less than 5 minutes from the subway, was incredibly convenient. There was even an indoor parking spot where we were able to park our car during our stay since we could walk or take the subway everywhere we wanted to go. The Olympic village, BMW Welt and lots of restaurants were all within a very short walk. Downtown was only a short ride by subway. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had every convenience we could want. We started each day with coffee on the balcony with its gorgeous view of the village, Olympic stadium and the mountains in the distance. Jasmin was very helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if I was in Munich.
