This was a very nice and clean property. A little confusing on getting in and would have loved some more communication from the owners but all around worth it!

I found this property to be pretty exceptional. It is exactly how it is listed. My favorite part was the rooftop. Great place to sit and talk with friends. The house is pretty centrally located. I didn't have to travel very far for anything. The only thing I found the place needed was an actual working TV. There was no cable and the tv was not a smart one. If they invest a few bucks into that, they'd be stellar in my book!

Overall it was good but the property did not have a washer and dryer available for use.

This property was incredibly clean. Even the blankets smelled dryer fresh. I’m really weirded out by hotels and communal type spaces, but I felt like I was at a home away from home. Centrally located for our events and family visits. The hosts are phenomenal, we thank you!

Had a great experience. Rooftop patio was awesome. Not the greatest neighborhood but it did not bother my guest or me. I would stay again.

The house is very clean, exactly as advertised. It's close to most attractions in Atlanta. The owner was very quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We stayed there for four days and really enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing! It was exactly like the photos and very close to everything! We loved every second.

Overall, the home and stay were excellent! The home looks exactly like the pictures and it was very clean inside, exceeding our expectations. There was enough space for everyone to kick back and relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean as well as super soft towels in each bathroom. The only small things I'd provide feedback on (which are certainly not deal breakers) was the super limited orientation of channels...not even the basic channels came through....again, not a deal breaker. ..the water pressure seemed very low. Having access to the garage was a wonderful addition! Lastly, the rooftop deck was simply amazing 👏🏾.. My daughter lives in Buckhead and we visit very often..I think thus has quickly become one of our new favorite places..

This place is very nice and convenient as it is located near everything. The garage was also very useful to park one car. It took me a day to get used to pulling in but overall the place was nice.

The space was really nice, a lot of steps if you have heavy luggage. Everything was fine until the owner texted me and wanted to confirm if I was having a party (which I wasn't) trip was for 2 best friends birthday and I had family who lived in town and stopped by. The "Hello neighbor" intro ending with a threat to terminate contract from text lead me to believe I was being watch and made he feel very uncomfortable with after that I couldn't fully enjoy my vacation.

Recommend this property 100% you won’t regret it.

The experience was amazing. The area was great with really no noise. It was close to a lot of places, more like 5-15 minutes, which is perfect. The place was modern and comfortable. The detail about the tight driveway space is true but it’s not too bad. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially at night. Overall, this a perfect house and I will gladly come back again every time I visit Atlanta.

I would rent this property again...the house was emaculate... beautiful home...

Looks are deceiving and in this case I had to change my view of the entire stay. I would definitely stay again though I think the pic needs to show the homes surrounding the property but then again it would make you say no don’t book but overall it was super nice.

The property is beautiful, it’s well kept and smells brand new. The owners leave nothing to guessing, as there are detailed instructions emailed to you and available in writing in the kitchen. The WiFi and Netflix was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood looks a little dicey but all and all it was quiet and close to just about everything we wanted to do. I Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place, you can tell owners take pride in their home. The bar stools are worn and patio offer table has a hole that appears to be a burn. It is sad that tenants don’t care for others property as they should. Best form of transportation is Lyft and Uber for a small cost. All in all it was a very comfortable stay. Pantry pretty well stocked.

Clean, new, convenient location, especially if you have a car - entrance to I-20 and I85 and I75 close by. Easy fast access by car or car service to Mercedes Benz Stadium bypassing all the traffic. Two car garage - a little tight maneuvering, but great to pull (or back in) and unload in privacy and security. Home alarm system for your peace of mind. A little noise form the nearby highway and occasionally from the street, but just the price of convenience of being near the heart of the city. Even though close to heart of the city, still felt like you were in a neighborhood, not downtown. Fantastic rooftop deck was too hot during the day, but was a great place to unwind in the evening once the sun was setting.

Fabulous location of this 3 bedroom house. Great value for this centrally located house just a few minutes from downtown and next to highways. The roof deck views of the city are stunning, but was just a bit cold during our stay to really hang out. The three bedrooms made is easy for my coworkers to each have their own rooms. The living area is large and thankfully has a powder room. There's Netflix provided on the TV. The place smells of fresh paint and you can tell everything is new in this property. I loved the "Makeup" towels that I even bought some for myself. The neighborhood is quiet, but great things within a quick drive. Host was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I'd recommend for anyone staying here for work or with family.

Loved the place but were very disappointed in the area. We were staying as an Uber driver out it In The Hood. We could not walk anywhere.
