Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach, this house had it all. We loved our stay and the property is just beautiful. We will be back!

The house was clean, exactly what we needed for a week, and close to all restaurants on the island plus a private beach area within 0.2 miles which was a nice walk. Only thing I’d have to comment on was 1 of the bathroom’s showers was a little tight. Getting into and out of the shower was awkward.

This was our second time staying at the Sun & Moon. Both times were two-week stays. I thought Sanibel was laid back and relaxing, but staying at the Sun & Moon was a whole new level of relaxing. We thought we would miss not having the gulf view, but the casual walk to the beach was actually an enjoyable event for our avid shell seekers. Highly recommended for all who want to relax in the tranquil environment of Captiva.

The 6 of us had a great time celebrating the new year and a birthday. Location is as good as any in Captiva, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, store and even the Farmers Market. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

The Sun and Moon is a lovely home with great gathering areas inside and out! The location has to be the best on the island - walking distance to most every restaurant and the beach. A short golf cart ride away from anywhere else on the island. Larry is the perfect host! We will be back:-)!!!

Hurricane Ian pushed us off of Sanibel and onto Captiva. We were over the top happy with Captiva and our accommodations at the “Sun and Moon.” There was plenty of space for five adults. The common areas were great and the natural lighting was great. Everyone loved the privacy and quietness of the pool. Throughout our stay the owner, Larry Hahn, made sure our stay was the best. Two more months and we will be back at the “Sun and Moon.”

Our family (husband, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters (3yrs., 3mths.) loved our vacation at the Sun & Moon. Larry had the beautiful house ready for us when we arrived. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, fun time. All beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen but also walked to 2 of the restaurants that were close by. We did experience a tropical storm while there but never lost power and felt very safe in the house. Larry texted and checked on us too. The pool and lanai area are fabulous and we spent a lot of time there! We are looking forward to a return visit in 2024!

We stayed ay Sun and Moon for the 2nd time. Great house, great location and Larry couldn't be more accommodating. We will be back again!

This place was great. The host was personally onsite making sure everything was ready for our stay. It came with everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc. Easy walk to restaurants and island grocery.

Outstanding stay! Larry was so accommodating from the minute we got there until the day we left. Short walk to the beach and the wagon was great for taking beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

What a wonderful time in the beautiful house. My two adult kids and their spouses plus 3 of my grandchildren were so fortunate to be able to spend a week in the Sun and Moon house on Captiva. It is a very short walk to a perfect beach. The property has everything you need to get all the stuff to the beach, they have chairs and umbrellas all you need is to bring your bathing suits. They even provide beach towels. The house is furnished with everything you need for cooking and making memories. We stopped & got groceries at Jerry’s on Sanibel. But the Island store had a good supply of things we forgot and a very extensive variety of beer & wine. Just a two block walk to the store or T-shirt shop. The house was well set up for hanging out and make memories. We had a wonderful time. Larry was very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. My kids are already trying to figure when we can go next year. Sherri & family

Everything is as pictured and described. We grilled by the pool most nights for dinner. Quick walk to the beach, very easy for families with young kids. Would love to come back!

Everything was perfect for our stay in this charming house. It was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped. The screened-in pool/patio was great. We grilled and ate poolside practically every night. There was more than enough beach equipment. The beach is a 5-minute walk away (great sunsets) as are shops and restaurants. Communication with Larry was easy. We hope to return one day.

Fantastic property close to the beach. Loved the layout of the house. House was well stocked. Wonderful pool and pool area. All the beach supplies were fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sun and Moon house! The house was just as described and was in a great location to walk to the beach and to all of the Captiva restaurants. We loved spending time in the pool each day after being at the beach. The property manager, Larry, was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the house and its location. The beach was a short, beautiful walk from the house. There were so many tropical plants and flowers to see along the way.

This house was wonderful! Centrally located on Captiva to allow easy walking to all restaurants and the beach. Owner very approachable and willing to help in anyway to ensure your stay is special and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Captiva Sun & Moon. Communication with Larry was prompt and courteous. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. If we were to visit Captiva again, we’d definitely stay here again.

We loved this charming home. Everything was clean, the pool was awesome, kitchen well stocked, beach supplies and everything else well thought out.

Had lots of beach equipment, etc. for kids/adults to enjoy. Plenty of towels, both beach and bath. Location was nice, however lane to beach path was a bit longer than anticipated. Overall, a very nice vacation!

House was perfect size for our family of four, with room to spare. Short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Larry was quick to respond to emails and texts.

This is an excellent place to spend your vacation! The location is unbeatable, close to the beach and the village. It is super clean and they provide everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication. You can tell the owners love this home and do everything to help their guests have a fantastic experience. Everything and every room is superbly maintained and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hope to return soon!

Located right in the heart of Captiva this property is well equipped for an enjoyable stay.

Great presentation! We received a text to let us know the property was ready early. Lights were on, music playing softly. Very well kept. Nice pool/patio area to relax and chill. Close to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We’ll be back!
