Lovely clean property, hosts are friendly and it’s a convenient location

We got this place at the last minute however it was so easy to book and communicate with a host. Kate and her husband are very nice. They also run a rock lobster cruise business that is one of the must you should do here :) We will definitely stay here again when we in Kalbarri .

For future, it might be worth fixing the fan in the bathroom, leaving instructions how to use the washing machine, as it wouldn’t work for us. Also, we wanted to cook a meal but the stove doesn’t look trustworthy.

This property was excellent. The host was friendly and the place was very nice. We would stay there again.

property needs a few things to make it much better... exhaust fans in toilet and bathroom, better showerhead, new shower door, kitchen fan that can be plugged in, similar with bedroom a/c, No SOAP provided at all, washing machine didn't work when we were there, many fly screens torn... Plus side plenty of plates, cutlery etc. big bin, sofas serviceable, good outdoor entertaining area

The house was what we needed. Short walk and your close enough to everything needed. House itself was well present, tad on the cold side as some windows didnt fully shut. But a provided heater did the job. Oven doesn't seal to well so cooking dinner took a little longer, not really an issue if you plan on eating out every meal. We had dinners at home bar 1 when we went out. But i feel we aren't the norm. Small nuetal feedback would only be the noise. Ownera coming in late or leaving very early (which i believe is unavoidable due to work so just something that woke us) plus i believe their son working on the car right by the front was a bit much when we came back for a short rest. (Bit further back wouldn't have felt so invasive whilst on holidays) we drive a loud car so we would have been just as much a bother, so apologise. Again not issues if ur out and about just something we noticed.

We were very happy with our stay in Kalbarri. Kate was very welcoming and a joy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property.

The location is close to all amenities and the neighbourhood is quiet. We enjoyed the alfresco area. The decor is dated and the towels were like sand paper. The house could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Great BBQ facility & outside patio for children

My family and I stayed here on a recent trip to Kalbarri and loved the unit that we stayed in. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and in to town. There was also a park across the road and an enclosed front patio that were both great for our young son. To top it off, Kate and Greg were two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We will be staying here when we come back to Kalbarri!

Awesome place to stay, clean, spacious, short walk to beach and shops. Owners couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. We will definatley stay here again and will recommend to our family and friends.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. Was very nice house in a great location and the host was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here Next time we visit.

Second time staying at this cosy accommodation at a convenient location. Although interior looks a little dated, it is spacious and well-equipped with kitchen necessities, linen + towels, and everything is nice, clean, and comfy. Our host, Kate, is very friendly and welcoming! Ability to easily check-in late past 6pm is a plus as we were driving all the way from Perth for a night to recharge before continuing our trip to Monkey Mia. Will definitely visit again if I'm ever in Kalbarri!

The first thing we noticed about this place was how clean it was even though it was very dated. The outside area at the front of the house was very lovely and felt like its own little Haven. Even though it were only staying there 1 night. It had great entertainment and relaxation space outside.

Sorry to say not what the advertisement was saying noise most mornings from cars going up and down and needs updating
