The condo was very clean. The location is spectacular. Beautiful beach. Everything was great

This property fulfilled our expectations. The water was about 150 ft from our building. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the sunsets and listen to the water. We wanted a kickback, relaxing condo to "just be." This condo was perfect for dolphin watching, beach walking, sunsets, and enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

Great location! Right on the beach. Beach is very clean and safe. Pool was warm, a bit warmer than expected. Restaurants close by. Sweet brewnette is a great coffee and brunch spot less than one block away. Unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. A bonus was that both bedrooms were ocean front. Both bathrooms have been renovated so are very nice. Some parts of the unit are showing their age snd need some attention but did not affect our stay or comfort. An unexpected pleasant surprise was that Sam was monitoring the temperature and was able to remotely adjust the thermostat for heat for us. Very considerate. Would have liked some pods of coffee for when we arrived. Many places we have stayed in have a few welcoming items which would have been nice…also would grace appreciated more than one roll of toilet paper. There were no bbq’s on the property… so I’m not sure if that is typical or not for this area? I didn’t see many places that seem to have them . Parking was convenient. Instructions to access the property were clear. Communication was prompt.

We so enjoyed our one week stay. The view and the proximity to the Gulf was spectacular. My favorite part was hearing the waves from every room in the condo. Also, the view was the best- views from both bedrooms and the main living area. The balcony offered more peaceful views. The condo itself was large and comfortable. We found everything we needed supplied for a comfortable stay. The owner of the property was so responsive and sent complete information about checking in and checking out. Madeira Beach has great restaurants and shopping. John’s Pass is a very fun place to shop and eat delicious ice cream!

Our stay was very nice. The condo was spacious but it needs some painting and the couch was a little uncomfortable. The house keeping needs to clean the floors better. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic trip. The until was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The listing states your own private beach chairs so we assumed it meant the ones that are set up for you since we have stayed in several other VRBOs that did include those. The guys putting them out told us that our unit did not include them. There was a closet in the condo that did have plenty of chairs and beach toys stocked in it. We just had to carry them up and down every day. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would rent this unit again.

Plenty of space. Kitchen we wish we had at home. Interior doors in need of repair. Shower needs grab rails. Couch uncomfortable but most sleepers are. Beach clean and close. Pool warm.All in all a good time. Would rent again.

great weather, great location, great communication

We have stayed at numerous Gulf Coast condos over the past 20 years. This one was one of the most well-equipped condos we've experienced. The condo layout was different and quite roomy. All the baths and appliances were up-to-date. The kitchen was large with lots of cabinet space, and was very well-equipped with everything you might need. Beach chairs & floats were provided, as were beach towels, towels, linens, etc. I would suggest the owners add a pair of scissors and a knife sharpener to the condo. Everything else we needed for the week was supplied. Just bring your clothes and toiletries!

We have visited Madeira beach numerous times and try different condos each visit. The 2nd bedroom having a gulf view was a great bonus, although it is merely a railing, not a deck one can sit it in. We have never had a visit where we felt the condo was extremely clean. They all need new cleaning services in our opinion. This place is great for its location and price. We would stay again but are still searching for the perfect place for us.

Had everything we needed. Plenty of beach supplies. Well stocked kitchen, except maybe some measuring cups/spoons would of been helpful. Used the toaster oven a lot! Great views and AC worked well. Everything went smoothly.

Condo is in a great location with shops and restaurants close by. Property itself is well maintained. Had everything in kitchen needed to cook a meal with.

This is our third stay at this property and it’s been amazing every time! Location can’t be beat, property itself is well maintained and well stocked. I especially like the fact that both bedrooms are oceanfront. Thanks again for another great stay!!

Love waking up drinking my coffee on The balcony watching dolphins swim by. To finish the day with a cocktail and watching the sunset is a perfect end to the day.

You can’t find a better location directly on the beach! Condo was very clean, quiet, spacious and nicely furnished. Balcony has direct views of the Gulf with amazing sunsets! Kitchen was well equipped and we even had visiting family/friends (7 in party) over one night for dinner and we had plenty of room. The location is perfect for walking to John’s Pass Village for shopping and dining. Our Host Samuel was very accommodating—there was a small issue with the A/C unit and he came himself to the condo to wait for the service tech so we didn’t have to waste any time of our vacation—that’s what I call service! We would definitely love to return!

We have been coming to Madeira Beach for the last 12 years and have always stayed in different condos. This is the first year we decided we can't wait to come back to this condo. Everything was perfect. The condo it's self was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The views ... stunning. The building is quiet and clean as well. If I could I would give this property and the owner 10 stars!! Thank you!

This is our second stay at this condo, and we are already planning our next! Great locations, views, and property! Owner is very receptive and helpful, and readily available for any issues or questions you may have. Definitely a must stay!

Property is as advertised. Location is great with many bars and great restaurants nearby. The weather was perfect in the 80’s every day. We celebrated 60th birthday with our kids and newborn grandson. We survived the Caddys passport challenge and the calypso cruise at Johns Pass was great and amazingly cheap. Was really nice to have the chairs for the beach and cooler on hand. This was also a great savings. You will not be disappointed by booking this property!

Think this was my 8th rental of Trillium 3B and it never disappoints! Can't wait for my next visit to Madeira Beach.

We go to Madeira Beach every year and have stayed at many of the condos. This one was unique with both bedrooms and the living room directly on the gulf. The unit itself had all we needed for the week.

Love Madeira Beach, especially like sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning and enjoying sunsets at night. This condo at the Trillium is perfect for both. And the sound of the waves at night is awesome.

This was our first time using VRBO and it turned out perfect. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The ocean view was just amazing. The area was nice and quiet and close to Caddy's and Sweet Brewnette (we enjoyed both). Samuel was extremely responsive to any questions we had and answered very quickly. We had a great time and hope to return!

My family and I had the best family vacation! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and it accommodated all of our needs. The bathrooms were so nice. The building is secure so we always felt safe. The location is perfect. Close to John’s Pass, grocery store, ice cream shops (Candy Kitchen was our fav.), etc. Samuel had great communication. We used a rental company for extra beach supplies and Samuel helped make that a smooth process. Any questions I had, Samuel always replied right away. We hope to come back again someday!

We stay in the Madeira Beach area every year, and this is the first time at this property. It’s probably the most well stocked condo we have stayed in. Everything was thought of, from spices in the kitchen to waterproof phone cases and binoculars for dolphin viewing! I also love the fact that both bedrooms are oceanfront. Beds were comfortable, as was couch and loveseat. It’s a beautiful property in a great location. We liked it so much we have already booked another stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The place was lovely, roomy and very clean. We spent our whole time at the beach and the great restaurants. Will stay here again.

Similar to prior reviews, condo, owner and location excellent! For veterans, the funnest American Legion a mile away (Elks and VFW too). Will look into next year. Ty Samuel.
