Such a great house to spend time together. Plenty of room inside. Outside pool area was so much fun! We loved riding the bikes to the beach and sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice home, and nicely located to the beach. Neighbors didn’t seem to excited to have a Vrbo but encountered no issues. Property manager was great and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located, clean, well-stocked, easy access. The pool was wonderful. If soft, cloud-like comfy beds is your thing, this is not the place for you. However, my friends didn't mind having a rock hard mattress at all!

Cozy, clean, great pool & hot tub, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great to have beach towels and chairs, loved the trees and shrubbery which provided a great privacy beaut and tropical feel. Owners are great to work with and extremely responsive.

This is a beautiful, spacious home not far from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The pool/hot tub were very nice and the home furnishings were lovely. Everything that was needed was there and communications were quick. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a great place for a family to stay. There is plenty of space to stretch out and the parents could bump around the kitchen in the morning without disturbing the lumbering children. We spent a LOT of time on the screened porch, perfect for morning coffee. The location is excellent with short walks to several parks and easy access to the beach by the free, provided bikes, sun shuttle or a ~30 minute walk. Leo, the property manager, was proactive and responsive, fixing a minor problem with the shower immediately and giving us some extra insight how to get the most out of the hot tub, bikes and neighborhood. We cooked dinner in the house every night and the kitchen was superbly stocked with everything one would need. While you are there, highly recommend the South Florida Food Tour which we did with the owner Steve. We also loved our night in West Palm (a trek) at Batch Kitchen and ice cream at Wilton Creamery. Stay here, you'll love it!

This house couldn't be any more welcoming. The beautiful pool and hot tub in the back is such a treat and there's a table long enough for everyone to gather. The inside has beautiful hardwoods, large TV and everything you need to cook great meals. There's even a lanai on the side of the house overlooking the beautifully manicured lawn. Can't recommend this house enough! We'll definitely be back!

The gorgeous pool and hot tub were a vacation saver for us. One day it just rained and the following days were too windy, so we didn’t go to the beach. But the pool and hot tub were amazing. We were in it nonstop. Any questions we had were answered immediately and our host went above and beyond. One of the things we were concerned about reading reviews was the neighbors not wanting VRBO in their neighborhood. We had no issues at all! The signs posted did make us chuckle a little. It was such a nice getaway for our family of 8 and we are grateful for the time at this house. Memories were made!

Our stay at this home couldn't have been any nicer and the hosts are very responsive to any questions or special needs. The kitchen is well organized and stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. There are bicycles to take around the (quiet) neighborhood or even to the beach if so desired. The pool area is lovely and there's even a gas barbecue complete with extra propane tanks. Highly recommend !

Beautiful Home. Very open and clean. We could spread out in every spacious room in the home. The large kitchen more than accommodated our entire family. Huge TV in the great room for us to watch the FSU-LSU football game.The pool and the attached hot tub was on icing on the cake for a relaxing extended weekend. Plenty of towels were provided, as well as, a large patio table with an umbrella and more than enough pool chairs.The bikes provided were in excellent condition to go for a nice ride. The neighborhood was quiet. There were a lot of fully mature Palm trees that were well maintained. We encountered friendly neighbors on their weekend walk. This property is really close to Hollywood Beach. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Broadwalk. Awesome place and we will rent it again when we visit the area.

This property was very enjoyable. Spacious. The pool is amazing. The property manager is very responsive. Clean. Close to many things we enjoyed (water, Hollywood Boulevard, Aventura Mall, Publix, etc). Within 15 minutes you can get to lots of places. I should have flew into Ft. Lauderdale airport instead of Miami International. Thank you guys for making our 2 week vacation wonderful!

Everything about this location was outstanding!

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Villa Oasis. We love it and that's why we keep coming back. The house is very comfortable for our family of 5 plus my cousin. The backyard is truly an Oasis with pool and hot tub. I really love the platform in the pool that allows you to sit under an umbrella with your feet in the water.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach and this rental was the perfect respite for our two families to share. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated with a great kitchen and fantastic bathrooms. It was very clean and and extremely spacious and provided plenty of room for 8 people without ever feeling cramped. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and amazing pool with hot tub. The host was extremely easy to get a hold of and very helpful and flexible with our stay. So glad we choose this house and Hollywood Beach!

The home was nice, generally clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and towels were a nice touch. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and responsiveness from Jack. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The water was cloudy and required the pool service to come out on the first full day there. The water took another day to be clear and when it did there were soda bottles in the bottom. This was my only complaint. Despite the heat the house was cool, the master bed was comfortable. Everything was well stocked (trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap.) I would recommend and I would stay here again.

The property is very accommodating. You have almost everything you need. The mattresses are kind of hard but nothing crazy. We really enjoyed our stay. PD: the neighbors don’t want to have Vrbo in the neighborhood so there are signs everywhere asking the Vrbo to leave the neighborhood. Some of the neighbors complains about the noise as for my opinion we kept it really low taking into account that we were on vacation and the kids got excited on the pool. But other than that I really recommend this property.

We stayed with our daughter (under 1 yr) and family. It was a fantastic house in terms of space, the pool and pool area. Exactly as the pictures suggested. Close to the supermarket, Young's Circle and about 20mins walk from the beach. Felt a safe neighbourhood. Excellent communication between the host and property manager. Leo (the owner) was incredible at getting back to us and very helpful regarding amenities for our baby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Location of the house was perfect, less then a 5minute drive to everything. We spent majority of our time in the pool/hot tub. The pool was very clean and perfect temps. As I know this house is a rental i do feel like it could use a deep clean. We did find a few dead and alive cockroaches in the house which the Owner/property manager were quick to respond and find a solution. We decided against treatment since we did not feel the house was infested. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay at the house again!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The backyard is fantastic, we spent as much time as possible there, the pool and hot tube are great. The owners were attentive to all of our needs, as communication was always met with a quick and thorough response. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Hollywood. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and parks. The pool/spa was amazing. Very private and relaxing. We had issues with the air conditioning in the house. The property manager was responsive to our questions and prompt with sending a service technician. Unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved during a hot week. Overall the house was a good setting for our family but could use some attention to detail.

The house in Hollywood was in the perfect central location, only a short drive away from the boardwalk! The house had all the amenities, beach chairs, towels, and of course the gorgeous pool! We had enough space for all of us to rest and relax while also not being confined to a small hotel room. The house was accessible, easy, and great for our family get away . 5+ stars from us.
