I liked the friendly service and the beautiful property. The gym and laundry room was very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed that was it essentially a little apartment for us. Very cozy, quiet, and prominate location to Nashville without being IN Nashville.

The elevator was a little scary.

Breakfast was wonderful every day, patio was pleasant and a great place to relax (despite the continual smoking by guests), beds were very comfortable, water pressure great, loved having the kitchen and full fridge, great pillows and all around service from the kind staff at the front desk. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had a great stay while being displaced from our home.

The bathrooms and stairwells could have been cleaner, and it was challenging to get cleaning service. We were there 12 days and they only made the beds a few times and we never got an actual full cleaning after the 7 as advertised.

1 bed apartment, great size with kitchen. Great for travel.

Shower stall need attention to details with caulking. Sloppy job.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff willing to help us find an alternative room. Our initial room smelled a little musty and there were some ants near the window. They quickly helped us and offered us another (upgraded) room, very friendly!

The breakfast was awesome!!

There was a noise in the bathroom fan that was annoying but not a deal breaker, and we were on the 3rd floor and could hear the upstairs guest.

Great free breakfast. Could have had functioning soda machines other than just ice, but they had apple juice and coffee, so it no big deal as there were numerous places to buy things nearby.

People in the room adjacent to us were very loud.

The fitness room

Rude staff. Poor food.

We stayed here in July of 2022 and really enjoyed our stay. So we were passing through Nashville again and made a little detour to stop for the night.
