I had asked for a 1st floor room for a military veteran at booking and they placed me on the 3rd floor. Room was comfortable.

Our stat at Staybridge was amazing. Very clean, Upscale on a budget, friendly atmosphere, central location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Overall very comfortable!!!

Clean, they made my husband and feel welcome, had our dog with us and they have a dog park! We will definitely stay again!!

This hotel is very nice. The only problem I had was the elevator went out the first day we were there, and was out the whole trike we were there. That was terrible and we were on the 3rd and 4th floors. I felt like our rooms should have been discounted for the inconvenience. We were not offered anything!!!!

Was a little bummed the elevator was out. Made it a pain to be on the third floor. Nothing they did wrong though. Otherwise, everything was great. Super clean, quiet. Nice rooms, would stay again

This hotel was the most amazing comfort me and my husband ever had. The room was clean, the service was amazing and the atmosphere around there was so peaceful and quiet. I would recommend for anybody to stay here if you need somewhere to go for a week.

Really good breakfast. They provide an happy hour appetizers with unlimited soda fountain and beer. The appetizers ended up being a meal for our family that’s how good it was and the amount they provided
We stayed for a whole week and it felt like home away from home. Location was awesome not too far from attractions. Staff was very nice.

This hotel was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but convenient. They have a complimentary happy hour Monday-Wednesday which was a nice bonus.

Wonderful two night stay, close to family in Mt. Juliet. Very clean, modern design, bed just fine, foldout bed not the best but they never are! Didn’t swim, but pool very clean and pool area great. Breakfast fine, similar to my recent stay at Fairfield in Gulch.

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Attentive front desk staff. Wonderful breakfast with hot protein options. Large clean pool with tables and chairs. Separate area with grills , tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Even a gas fireplace with comfortable seating for cool evenings. Perfection.

We made reservations here since it was relatively close to a wedding we were attending. Wow - if all their hotels are like this one - I’ll choose them every time! Awesome staff - friendly and courteous and actually wanted to be at work. That’s rare now a days.

Our stay was great up until check-out.
The rooms were clean, super modern, and the it was really quiet down our hall.
When I checked in, I asked the girl at the front desk about collecting my points for my stay. She wasn’t able to do it because a manager wasn’t nearby, so she said to just do it at check-out.
Flash forward to this morning when I’m checking out, and the girl at the front desk tells me that I can’t redeem my points because I’ve already checked out- (Mayté was her name.)
So she’s printing off information for me so I can access these points, and she has to reprint the sheet nearly FIVE times, because she cannot spell.
I am not making fun of her by any means.
She truly just cannot spell. And when I would correct her on the fact that she was misspelling my name, she would get snarky and rude.
I stood there for THIRTY minutes, and STILL didn’t get my problem resolved.
My advice for this place:
If you’re gonna have someone at the front desk, make sure they can SPELL!!!

Trash running over in room. Very dirty and unfriendly staff. Nothing that can add value to guest stay like toothpaste, toothbrush, sewing kit etc (very inexpensive things)! Breakfast is mediocre.

The room is OK but the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept shedding off and even though I had to set to go well lower than the room temperature. Not well insulated as from the living we could actually hear others talking from their living area across the hall!

Overall a nice stay for two nights. Upscale suburban area near the freeway and tons of shopping.
Spacious great room for breakfast and nice in room amenities like a mini kitchen and sofa. spacing was a little tight between the TV Stand and one side if the bed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options though the area by the waffle makers is cramped due to a lot of people waiting there.
Quiet enough and two large windows for natural light.
Furniture and bedding in excellent shape. Options for pillows made everyone happy.

The General Manager was rude and unprofessional. Threaten me about my prior rating on orbitz and throw me out Of the establishment (I was told when I came down not aware of eviction)I had to rent a hotel my 84 year old mother hospitalized after asking for a disable room or equimpment for 3 days she held in her waste because it was difficult to go to the toilet we rented a hoyer life because she is an amputee.He has no class or common sense never investigated heard one side which was his employee and defended that person.I rented 2 rooms and had to leave with my 3 year old twin grand babies .I will be reaching out to corporate office in the UK and take this matter based on principle.If that establishment General Manager handles business like that you need to evaluate his customer service and give him a course ,Chic fila A have excellent service take a page from there play book

Coffee and hot water were not refilled regularly despite that being a feature, but when asked to be refilled, staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Overall a very nice stay with minor hiccups.

I asked for late checkout upn arrival. Housekeeping knocked on the door before my late checkout. I had to call front desk and fet approval again and wait for them to call back.

When my wife first booked the room I was unsure if I wanted to stay there rather than an Airbnb. We arrived and I was so happy with our room, how close it is to literally everything and they have a great atmosphere. The fire place out back, the breakfast, the FREE BEER on tap was definitely icing on the cake.
