Le chalet est magnifique, à côté du centre ville tout à été parfait !

Chalet idéalement situé à Chamonix. Très belle maison, très bien équipée, tout est encore mieux qu’en photos. Jacuzzi avec vue. Parfait pour des retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis. Accueil parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le logement est spacieux pour 14 avec beaucoup de charme, des prestations haut de gamme, un emplacement idéal avec un accès au centre ville à pied et une vue juste magique, au top depuis le jacuzzi! L'accueil avec champagne et petits fours est à la hauteur de la location. Un grand merci à Giulia pour sa prévenance et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, bienvenu en cette période post-COVID!

Eindelijk een huis gevonden die voldoet voor een grote familie. Prachtige slaapkamers met eigen douche, fantastische keuken met grote inductiekookplaat en goed kookgerei. Mensen zijn toppie. Nadeel is kleine tuin doordat grote jacuzzi veel ruimte inneemt. En dan het uitzicht op de Mont Blanc!

Chalet très agréable à vivre,très proche du centre ville on peut tout faire à pied. Accueil et réactivité de la personne qui gère le chalet excellent.

Amazing view, great location within Chamonix and easy access to the main roads in the area. The facility itself contain all the components needs to makes our stay comfort and pleasant. We also required accessibility to disabled person and it was good as well (only for entrance floor). Highly recommended chalet.

Outstanding chalet! Great location, walking to town center, walking to hiking trails. Spacious, en-suite bathrooms in all bedroom providing excellent privacy. Large common area, living room and kitchen. Ample parking space. Beautiful views. Sauna and Jacuzzi for relaxing after a long hiking day.

Schönes, stylisches Chalet mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Tolle Ausstattung für unseren Aufenthalt als Großfamilie. Sehr gut angebunden.

Occasionally we have been disappointed that VRBO selections are not as represented online, but this experience was the opposite - it was terrific and more than met expectations! Despite some construction going on adjacent to the property, we felt no infringement on our privacy, and the property could not have been better. There were thirteen of us, which meant separate bedrooms, all with bath and shower, for most.The huge, well equipped kitchen more than met expectations and provided flexibility for all of our needs, and the dining table was perfect for everyone. We had a chef catered meal one night, and the chef said that it was her favorite kitchen in the area. There was virtually every amenity you could think of in the house, and the hot tub got plenty of use. The house was clean and set up for functionality. The view was great, with Mont Blanc staring at us as we had coffee (or drinks!) on the outside patio. Parking for three vehicles was no problem, and the location was perfect for a quick walk into town, or exploring many of the attractions.We were fortunate to be able to extend our stay two additional nights (wish it could have been more), for a total of 6 nights. The management group was terrific as well (Mountainbase), professional, communicated well, and extremely helpful. Dealing with the owners was also a very positive experience, as responses were timely, and they really made us feel like we were welcomed guests in their home. Siamo stati molto bene ! Eravamo un bel gruppo di 15 persone di cui 8 ragazzini dai 10 ai 14 anni , ci siamo trovati in una condizione di totale relax e conforts . La casa e’ molto bella ed organizzata perfettamente per soggiornare anche fino a 18 persone completa di tutto piatti bicchieri ecc...a due piacevoli passi dal centro del paese e quindi ai negozi di prima necessità. Facilmente raggiungibili anche le strutture di risalita per raggiungere le piste da sci.

Booked the house for an anniversary with 12 friends. Ideal location in quiet street, just 300m South of Chamonix shoppingstreets and cafees. Everybody was blown away by the greatness and luxury of the house. From bedroom and livingroom you wake up to direct views of Aguille de midi and Chamonix valley. Massive wooden carpentry and every room has its own bathroom. Nice Jacuzzi and sauna and a small separate Chalet in the garden as a small apt on its own. The price for the hpouse is high, but so are the standard. Would love to stay here again, but need to gather a lot of friends to share the costs. Highly recommended. MountainBase that organiced the rental was very helpful.

beau chalet mais pas tres bien entretenu prise qui ne fonctionne pas cafetiere lave vaisselle les personnes ne parlent pas francais ensuite toile d araignée et quand on loue les personnes de l agence ne devrait pas rentrer dans le chalet comme ca on devrait etre averti car il y a nos affaires personnel mais avec le code on peut rentrer comme dans un moulin pour ce prix je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux

tres beau logement mais mal entretenu cafetiere ne fonctionner pas menage a revoir toile d arraignee ensuite le gros probleme on rentre chez vous comme dans un moulin car on vous donne un code et tout le monde peut rentrer nous avions de la famille dans le studio un messieur ne parlant pas francais etait rentrer bouger nos affaires pour installer un lave vaisselle sans etre prevenu j estime quand on loue un logementla moindre des choses tout devrait fonctionner et les personnes de l agence devrait savoir parlait aussi le francais trop cher pour la location et il devrait y avoir un etat des lieux .le propriétaire a mis son chalet dans une agence (mountainbase).
