Belle résidence avec de bons équipements Appartement avec une déco sympa et des belles salles de bain

Annonce trompeuse il n’y a pas 3 chambres comme indiqué !!! Check in laborieux avec un inventaire à faire je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Appartement sale, frigo sale avec une mauvaise odeur, vaisselle dans le lave vaisselle, miettes de pain sur le plan de travail, canapé plein de taches… propriétaire très exigent au niveau procédure d’arrivée qui ferait mieux de consacrer cette énergie dans l’entretien de l’appartement.

The location was nice, however the building was flooding and smelled of sewage upon arrival. The walk into town was pleasant.

The check-in was a nightmare with the host sending an incredible amount of emails and documents that had nothing to do with our actual stay. He demanded that we do an inventory of the property upon arrival of insane items including wiring and smoke detectors, which is not the guest’s responsibility. We received a multi-page document list of HOA CC+Rs, including times allowed for construction on properties, etc..again, not of our concern. Host was not able to see messages through the Bookings.com app and demanded to email privately despite the site’s warning to keep all communication within the app. We were traveling so wet signing and scanning his numerous documents three days prior to arrival because no Digisign platform was available was a really inconvenient ask. We were delayed on our drive to the apartment and were hounded about our arrival. When we arrived and the garage was flooded and elevators didn’t work and the building smelled of sewage, all of a sudden the host seemed to have lost his phone. We never heard from him after letting him know the issues, outside of him telling us to find a spot to park outside. The spa area was as pictured, however the hot tub does not get hot, it is warm at best and very crowded. The showers in the unit are also just warm, which is disappointing after a long day on the slopes. This is not a three bedroom, it is two very tight bedrooms and a cot in the entry way by the bathroom door. There was nowhere for luggage and the gear room was also flooded so we had to store it all on the balcony, which was very frustrating after having to lug it up the stairs from an unsecured outside parking lot in the dark..especially since we specifically booked for the elevator and secured parking 😂. The cleaning does not include the kitchen, which I’ve never even heard of. We were afraid to use the kitchen beyond making coffee due to the aggression of the host and our $1000 deposit, but eating every meal out in town wasn’t hard at least.

Very nice view. Very nice apartment. The pool and the other facilities were superb.

2 of the beds were sofa beds.
