We absolutely loved this little place . Perfect location , lots to do within walking distance . The host was very quick to answer questions and everything was perfect .

We had a great time at our condo in Oceanside. Our host Jim was great at communicating with us and was very accommodating to our needs.

We came down to sunny San Diego for a few days on a girls trip. The condo gave us the option of pool or beach and most days BOTH! Walking distance to everything plus a little kitchen so we could even cook. The condo had everything we could possibly need including beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. The balcony views were incredible and we really enjoyed our stay. Shout it to Jim who was an extraordinary host! We loved it!!

The property was beautiful, nice access to the beach and felt secure during Hurricane Hilary.

Perfect size for our small family of four. The property is gated and locked during evening hours so it feels safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful and green. The boys loved feeding the Koi fish and swam in the pool even with the beach nearby. The barbecue grill area was really nice to have even though they were pretty busy when at dinner time. A beautiful meandering walk through the grounds take you right to the beach/Strand or a more direct walk takes you right across the bridge to the harbor for close restaurants. We got a little lost at first getting in but the owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property!

This condo was great for our family of 5! The master bedroom is very spacious with a super comfortable king bed. The other bedroom had plenty of space for our three kids to share and it was so convenient for them to have their own bathroom and TV in the room. The kitchen had everything we needed including ice, ziploc bags, and coffee filters. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers provided, but wish there had been a beach wagon provided to cart it all down to the beach. You can see the ocean from the patio, which was lovely, but it’s a bit of a trek to get through the complex and onto the sand with small children and all the snacks and floaties and sand toys they require. The parking is super convenient to this unit and it’s close to the gym and the pool. The pool was amazing and warm and my kids would have spent all day in it if we let them. The complex itself is in a great location right next to the beach. We wished it was a little closer to coffee shops and restaurants, but if you plan for it you can get to many things. With a toddler in tow, it’s about a 12 minute walk to the marina and about a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Mission Avenue. Overall we had a great family vacation at this condo and would definitely return if given the chance!

We had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable with great linens, towels, kitchen supplies ok and outdoor equipment. Host checked in with us shortly after arrival to see if we had any concerns, but we had none! Beautiful grounds, well kept and across from a great beach. Thanks to our host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected/pictured. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Place was comfortable and clean. Outdoor furniture is a little ‘weathered’ as mentioned in other reviews but it’s completely to be expected with salty air. Still functions as it should! It’s a little bit of a maze getting to the pool/ocean, unless we just didn’t find the best route. It was fun though going the way we did as the grounds are beautiful and we don’t mind a few extra steps. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking in Oceanside!

We flew in to see our son who is in the Marine Corps and is stationed at Pendleton. Very close and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the decor and the location of this condo. The building is older, which makes for a musty smell. The floors are slanted and uneven in the condo. The grounds are very beautiful and the hot tub area is great. The parking is underground in a secured location. The condo comes with beach supplies, and the kitchen seems well-stocked. The king-size bed mattress is the very squishy, soft kind--not our favorite.

This is our third time staying at this property, each time in a different condo. We have never been disappointed and this was our best stay yet! We loved the two bedroom unit and it allowed us to have more space. It was also nice to have a tv in each room so that early risers or night owls arent keeping the other sleepers awake. The only thing that this unit could use are a few updated chairs for the beach (two were in great shape but the rest were rusty and brittle). We did have a plugged drain during our trip and the host was so responsive and had someone there to fix the issue right away. I would definitely stay here again and the area is so fun for a family get away!

I wanted to give my 81 year old father one last trip to see the Pacific Ocean. He is wheelchair bound and this property was so easy to navigate for him. It was so close to the ocean, we could open the patio door and hear the waves. The view was beautiful. I’m a runner and was able to run along the ocean each morning and when the weather didn’t permit, the gym on the property was clean and more than suitable. The owner of the property gave perfect instructions on how to navigate the check-in/check-out process and touched base to make sure everything was ok. I’d definitely rent this property again!

Good location for easy beach access. Comfortable spacious unit. Gas fireplace was nice for the unseasonably cold weather we had. Heated pool is very nice. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Jim, the owner was excellent.

This unit was clean and easy to get to.

Very convenient location and close to the beach to meet up other family members. The compound had beautiful backdrop greens. The unit was close to elevator and garage. Although there was unforeseen mishaps, the bathroom faucet handle was broken off, no one was hurt. Informed the owner, and was responsive to the situation.

Our family spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the complex was beautiful! Our boys loved feeding the fish on the property (bring quarters for fish food), and we spent lots of time enjoying the beach! It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards provided! We hope to be back one day!

This was a great little spot for our family to enjoy some beach time during fall break. Jim was amazing to work with and responded to every question I had quickly and professionally. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very comfortable stay in this condo in Oceanside and the owner was very nice and helpful.

My family and I had a great time the apartment had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Just a short walk to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Jim the owner was very helpful and easy to contact. The condo is beautiful and very clean, just a hop-skip-jump to the ocean. Appreciated the boogie boards at the condo that we were able to use along with the beach towels. Great stay!

This was the perfect condo and complex for our extended family, ranging from infants to grandparents. The condo had multiple sleeping options (pack ‘n play, rollaways, twin beds, etc.) that we were able to configure for our baby and toddler. The walking paths of the condo are beautiful, our toddler loved exploring. Immediate pool and beach access made it convenient for us to make multiple trips a day, all while being able to prepare meals and take naps in the condo when needed. We will be back!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely perfect stay for the family of 4 with 2 teenagers. I would also add how helpful the owner Jim is! If your looking for a stay at Oceanside look no further book this as you will not be disappointed!!

This rental is a great value for the price. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s obvious that the owner is working on making more updates to the rental but it’s a lovely rental and community!

We had the best of times at north coast village. Property had everything you could want including chairs, coolers, towels and boogie boards for the beach. I really don’t have anything negative to say about our stay Property was beautifully landscaped with water features and mature planting which attracted hummingbirds which was a real treat
