Floor filthy, our feet were BLACK after walking on the floors that looked like a laminate wannabe wood. BLACK feet, gross, had to wear socks.

I liked the professionalism of the gentleman who assisted the check in process.

Cleanliness was not great. It looked like cleaning product was just left over and not actually used. There was hair and other grime on surfaces. We also didn’t initially have towels or spare toilet paper in our room. The gentleman who checked us in was kind and accommodating. The woman on night staff who helped with the toilet paper seemed inconvenienced by requesting for service. Found it more important to continue her personal phone conversation.

I was charged when I checked in, the staff did not us the card on file until I asked for a refund.

I liked that is was a convenient distance to shopping.

The elevator was broken, they were so understaffed I had to wait at least fifteen minutes to find someone to check in, they had laundry available but no detergent, the “breakfast” was instant coffee and granola bars, the area felt unsafe as did the other guests, the room was grimy and the kitchen appliances barely worked.

It was really a great stay, everyone was helpful and what they did was make everyone comfortable.

Itjust seems that it wasn't enough time to do everything
