Plenty of room for our group of 11 with adults, teens, and a baby! The house had many amenities and necessities for all with room for your own space. My family loves to be active so the large yard, the pool, and the basketball court were well used. and much appreciated. The one downside comment from all adults was the beds. They were too soft and the couples found themselves rolling into each other for the week. Not ideal when you are looking forward to a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the movie room, pool table, games, and gathering around the large dining table with our whole group.

Fantastic experience in this home. Perfect for families. You would be hard pressed to find something to complain about with this property. Highly recommend.

Great setup for mutiple guests. The heated pool was fabulous. An awesome backyard to keep the kids busy. Perfect location.

We enjoyed the home, the open concept of the family room and kitchen make for easy family time. We enjoyed the backyard bbq, swing set and jacuzzi. The neighborhood is in a area of older homes which are being purchased and remodeled so there is a chance of construction equipment running during the day. I would make a request that the owners get rid of the metal trash container as Friday morning around 5 am the garbage truck drives up into the driveway and makes a tremendous amount of noise dumping that container. Property manager was very accessible and took care any needs that arose. The master bed creaks and groans getting in and out of the bed. Once in bed it was comfortable, Overall the house is comfortable and pretty well stocked.

I would highly recommend anyone to book this home! It is just as advertised and you'll love your stay. Everything was made easy from check-in to how to operate the home! If we ever come back to the area, we would 100% book again!

I stayed here with a group of 8 friends for a relaxing weekend get away! The house was exactly as listed! The backyard space was beautiful and everyone was super easy to work with! 5 star stay for sure!

The house is as described and was perfect for our group with children. This house is stocked with more than previous places I have stayed which made it easier to enjoy the house for the duration of our stay!

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Sweetwater Ranch with my friends and Family. Pictures do not do the house justice, they are exactly what you see and more! The house was very well kept, clean and stocked for all of your needs. Would highly recommend to anybody traveling down to this area!

Lived up to the hype. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly how the property is. All amenities operate properly and the house itself is beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with when needed and staff made everything as simple as possible. Good times great people !

This home is like having your own private resort. Plenty of entertainment for the whole family both inside and outside the house. Kitchen was completely stocked. Home was very clean and comfortable. My first thought when we walked in was, "I think they gave us the wrong house- this one is too nice!" We called about one issue that we had turning on the projector; when we could not figure it out over the phone, the renters came out the next day to fix it - very responsive and condiserate enough to check that we were ok throughout the week. Recommend without hesitation and would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, clean and a great choice for our family. And if you forgot anything, they had had spares if just about everything. The neighborhood was great and minutes from just about anything. Thank you for a terrific family vacation spot. We will be back.

Ten 40+ friends (guys trip) fit comfortably in this great house. Check in process was very easy with a digital lock. Very easy to park a large vehicle in the garage. Communication with management was great and they are willing to resolve any issues that exist. We had some issues with two of the main tvs. We notified management and said resolving them was not necessary during our time there. Great location to casino and restaurants. The outdoor shade is worth it as this was one of the reasons we picked this house. So much shaded seating all day. Some of the negatives that might take away from the 5 star review: there is no golf video game as seen in the picture. The trees behind the basketball court need to be trimmed as they are much larger now than in the picture. A ladder is needed for one of the bunk beds (as seen in the picture). All minor issues. The pinball machine has a few minor glitches, but fun nonetheless. I recommend this house to anyone based on its size, amenities and proximity to so many things.

Loves the house. Few small lighting issues that we noticed when we got there, but the property manager was super responsive and they had techs repair them the next day. 100% recommend staying!

We had a great time with all of the different outdoor activities in the backyard. The pool was warm, the hot tub was a family favorite, and the basketball court was a fun time as well. Inside was spacious and well equipped for entertaining our family with kids ranging from 2-13. The property manager was very friendly and did a great job with the check in process to make sure we understood all of the property amenities. We definitely recommend this property.

5 star experience. Everything worked as expected. I was able to swim everyday. Kids enjoyed the arcade, pool, home theater. Communication with property manager was excellent.

This house was perfect for our family early Christmas!! Clean and had everything well stocked. Backyard was huge and plenty of fun activities available. Home theater was great to gather to watch Christmas movies. Great communication with the house manager Terry. Highly recommend this house.!

The house, property and owner could not have been better! Our family had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We had 8 ha buddies here for a golf trip. Great place. Other than golf we never left the house. Swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, bocce, horseshoes, bbq and outdoor eating area, pinball machines, theatre room. This house had everything. Kitchen was fully stacked with everything u need and bedrooms were comfortable and functional. The master bedroom was like a palace. Some small criticisms: The pool chair cushions are old and on their last legs. Need replacement. The corn hole game is falling apart. Either needs to be replaced or thrown out. Needs better lighting in the backyard as it is tough to see some areas after dark.

Backyard was wonderful.

We had a fantastic vacation celebrating my father in laws 80th birthday. The house is lovely and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. They provided tons of extras that were so helpful - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razors, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. The pool and backyard were amazing! Tons of seating for dining outside. Lots of backyard extras to keep the kids entertained. We were impressed. We didn’t have any babies or toddlers but they were stocked with all baby necessities - crib, high chair, bouncy seat, etc. Great place to stay.

Perfect location close to everything. Amazing back yard and great layout of the house. Would stay here again.

Our kids (and adults) loved the backyard and there was plenty of space inside for cooking, dining and playing.

We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary with our children and grand children. The pool, yard, location, fresh oranges from the trees was amazing. We all enjoyed the property. Will rent again in the future. :)

First, I expected the neighborhood to be a bit better. Many houses are in need of a lot of attention and it is surrounded on all sides by busy roads. The pool has algae on the walls and steps. The bathtub in the Jack and Jill and the sink in the left, back bedroom didn't drain. I called the manager and was told it would be taken care of ... it wasn't. Therefore, the tub was full of residue and very slippery. The chairs around the kitchen table are very unstable - the backs collapse. One in our party fell back to the floor. The disposal doesn't have a rubber cover, so food flies out when it is turned on. There is no ice maker. Overall, for the price, it was quite disappointing. It absolutely needs work to be considered a five star experience. I didn't have very timely communication with Rachel, either. I needed to remind her to send me the contract a few times, she (or anyone) didn't call or email to explain check and review how to use the keypad or alarm. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

The house was even more than we imagined, it was perfect for the 12 of us in our family. It ws so nice that there were so many items to accommodate small children and babies! It was like having our own little resort to ourselves.

We loved our stay in the beautiful house! It has an excellent floor plan and all the amenities one could hope for! The pool was perfect and we loved having outdoor BBQ’s - really a perfect property in so many ways!

The overall experience was excellent. Location was north Scottsdale just south of Kierland....close to restaurants, shopping and golf. Family ranged from 10 months to 60. The house accommodated us very well (even for the baby). Fantastic backyard for kids and entertainment. Management is very cooperative and responsive. This property had a supplies closet which was fully stocked with anything you might need......great touch! Thanks for a great experience.
