Everything as described. We had a great stay. There was 3 of us, could easily have a large family gathering here comfortably. Neighborhood was quiet, quaint. The home had anything & everything you could possibly need including sunscreen. Owners take pride in making you comfortable. Appreciate it all. Will stay here in the future

We had an amazing time staying at this house for 5 days with our 4 kids. Everyone had their own bed, there was a ton of comfortable space, and the pool was ideal. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Great property in a quiet neighborhood close to everything.

The home layout is perfect. The pool is perfect.
The furnishings could use some updating, the Master Bath shower is small and still uses a shower curtain.
The kitchen could use an update. Cabinets are showing their age.
The appliances are nice, as well as the kitchen pots/pans/dishes/utensils.
The pool chair cushions need replacing.
We had a wonderful time in this home, but for an average cost of $900+ per day, we expected the ‘details’ to be more upscale.

We had an amazing stay. Roseanne was so friendly and communicative, she made sure we had everything we needed and was able to run over to the house at a moment's notice. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved the covered patio and pool, lots of space, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood, convenient location.....the pool was fun and the landscaping creates a pleasant and private yard.....there were several areas in the yard where we could gather and relax. Perfect landing spot for 4 50 year old's on a golf weekend combined with Bruins and Patriots. Good location, well equipped, plenty of space. Didn't use the pool as it was cold out but otherwise took advantage of what the house had to offer.

Put simply the house is amazing, has tons of space, and is super comfy and great to hang out in. Roseanne was proactive and easy to communicate with. We stayed here with our three kids (3, 4 and 6) and met our friends from grad school with their 2 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved being there. Pool was awesome, tons of space to run around in the front and back yard, close to downtown Scottsdale. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Scottsdale.

We had the best girls weekend. The house is so comfortable with the way it’s furnished and laid out. Great outdoor space is an understatement. Our flight got in early and Roseanne was kind enough to let us drop our bags before check in so we could have room to grocery shop, etc. Location is convenient to local shopping. We are so grateful for our stay!!

This house is an absolute gem! We loved the pool and the backyard set-up and spent a considerable amount of time just chilling by the pool. The set-up on the inside is just as nice and was great with the multiple TV's for our 4 teenagers. The location couldn't have been any better as it was nice and close to golf and shopping. Roseanne was great! We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation....
Excellent home in a VERY Quiet neighborhood centrally located in Scottsdale. Floor plan and amenities worked perfect for our multi-generation family ranging in age from 6 month to 65 years. Property Owner was easy to contact and provide answers to all of our questions. Would definately stay at this property again.
