Schönes Zimmer mit Aussicht

Very close to my business trip venue and also good access to Munich east and U-bahn stations which makes it convenient to move to Munich old town and Aeroport.

Breakfast was too basic and not many options available. I would recommend to stay here without breakfast option next time.

Complimentaries and easy check in/out. Also the room was really clean and the decor was nice. The products in the bathroom were high quality.

A weird smell at the door.

Bequemes Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, grosses Fenster, Sofa und Willkommengeschenke (Wasser, Chips). Das Gebäude ist gut isoliert. Die Stadt ist mit U-Ban oder S-Ban schnell erreichbar. Biergarten und Lokale in der Nähe.

Schade, dass kein Kaffee ins Zimmer vorhanden war (nur Tee), aber es hat ein cooler Café in der Nähe, wo man frühstücken kann.

Необычная история с заселением через автоматические сообщения. Никакого живого контакта и я даже не знаю, это плюс или минус. Вроде и удобно, но всё время боишься, что коды не сработают и останешься на улице (к счастью, за все время такого не случилось). В остальном это обычный гостиничный номер. У меня не было кухни готовить, даже микроволновки. Только чайник и холодильник. Но и это неплохо. Было чисто, много приятных мелочей типа чипсов, водички, пива. Большой балкон , близость к центру и общественному транспорту

Нет дверцы в душевой кабине, вода вытекает на пол. Кровать неудобная, продавленная. Постельное белье было не очень свежим

I loved the cleanliness, simplicity, and value. The Room had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, and there were snacks included. There wasn't much staff on site but the few that I did meet were very kind.

It was my second experience in the Numa apartments. The first one was in Florence, and the second in Munich. It was really amazing. I walked to city center, it takes 40-45 minutes. If you want to use transport, there is u2 subway close to apartment. So after 10 minutes you will be in city centre (sendlinger tor), after one station it is munchen hauptbahnof. The room is so clean, modern decorated. There are some snacks, beer and lemonade for free. In a word one of my best stays! Thank you for everything.

Absolutely nothing

Tout était très bien équipé, très confortable, très facile. Vraiment un très bon logement.

Il y’avait une invasion de coccinelles dans ma chambre. Mis à part ça, tout était parfait.

Die Unterkunft war modern und sehr sauber. ÖPNV ist direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Trotz Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Online Check in sowie Check out sind sehr unkompliziert. Die Küche enthielt alles was man benötigt, meiner Meinung sogar noch darüber hinaus, wie z.b. die Spülmaschine, Weingläser. Kaffee/Tee/Wasser waren umsonst.

Ein Hotel ohne Personal, spannend, aber perfekt organisiert und man fühlt sich besser versorgt als in einem Hotel mit Menschen. Wasser, Bier, Limonade, Chips auf dem Zimmer, man merkt, dass sich jemand viele Gedanken gemacht hat zur Gestaltung!! Im Eingangsbereich ist eine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Tee Und Obst. Alles tip top und sehr sauber.

Ein Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wäre mein Verbesserungsvorschlag

המיקום אינו מרכזי אך התאים לצרכים שלי. המלון מודרני, חדיש, מעוצב ונקי. ללא מיזוג אוויר אך מערכת האוורור עונה על הדרישות.

המלון ללא צוות עובדים אנושי. אין עובד בקבלה. התקשורת דרך ווטסאפ בלבד. לי זה לא כל כך התאים. היו קשיים שהיה ניתן לפתור יותר בקלות אם היה נציג במלון. תחילה קיבלתי חדר בקומת הקרקע שצופה לרחוב, אין פרטיות בחדר. לאחר דין ודברים איפשרו לי להחליף לחדר בקומה גבוהה, אך נדרשתי לשלם על ניקיון בפעם נוספת, לבצע צ'ק אאוט בבוקר ולהיכנס בצהרים. זאת למרות ששילמתי על אותו יום מחיר מלא. לדעתי זה לא היה צודק.

rustig schoon appartement met keuken , ijskast . alles nieuw , fijne douche. Locatie vlakbij trein en metro station. Inchecken gaat allemaal automatisch, maar is makkelijk.

Onpersoonlijk. er is geen personeel aanwezig. Geen ontbijt terwijl ik daar wel voor betaald had. dat is nog steeds niet terug betaald, daar moet ik om vragen via de mail en krijg ik onduidelijk antwoord . Alles gaat automatisch via internet. Lockers werken niet. Ik had mijn bagage s'morgens in de locker gedaan. Toen ik s'avonds terugkwam ging de locker niet open. een medewerker aan de telefoon regelt iemand om de locker open te maken , dat duurt dan een half uur.

Room was clean, well furnished and had some great touches like free drinks and snacks. The Hotel was quiet und easily accessible.

My room had a balcony that was basically unusable because it looks over a busy street and there are lot of people outside that will see you. Also it’s really loud there.

Great design, convenient self check in, nice room size, all the facilities and even small free things in mini bar

The price is a bit steep and the outside street is really noisy even at night because of the ambulances running.. the room is appointed automatically so they couldn’t accommodate my request for higher floor.

Room is clean and spacious, and has a little kitchenette. Proper sized fridge ist a plus.

Service ist basically non existent. And the 14€ extra for breakfast: save it and go somewhere else. But mainly this: I got an email that there will be maintenance (changing AC filter) during my stay - some time between 9:00-17:00, and i would have the choice whether i wanted to stay or leave during that period. I replied that I ask to have maintenance done after i check out that day at 11am (as i have an important call in the morning). Wich was promptly ignored (couldn't promise anything). The audacity to tell me i have to make room for maintenance while im paying to stay at this place ist quite unbeatable.

The place was very clean and I liked a lot the room design. The check in/out are so easy. I accidentally double paid, but they responded quickly and returned the money. I loved this place and will for sure go there again when I visit Munich

On the checkout day we locked our luggage in the provided lockers. However, on pickup in the evening the locker didn't work and we waited for an hour for someone to fix the locker
