it's very different from.the pictures , very old n run down furniture. it was not our selected property , booking.com site some goofed up n last minute our booked hotel got cancel n booking site agent suggest this one , very high price for the bad aparthotel

it was near to center

it was dirty full with mold the bed sheets were dirty and the pick of everything is that we found a hole cigarette in sheets

The location is convenient, about 10 minutes walk to Munich hBf or a few minutes to U-Bahn Station Theresienweise. The check-in is easy, entirely staff-free and we were allowed to settle in an earlier time (14:00) than a standard hotel. The room is spacious for three adults and clean with a simple kitchen and washing machine which are helpful to long-stay travelers.

The corridor have a lingering cigarette smell which could be unpleasant, though there seems to be no rules about smoking indoors so it is a give or take for us.

It had all we needed for a short stay in Munich. It’s small and we were with 3, but we managed just fine and we were comfy, even.

Nothing of much importance for such a short stay.

The location and ease of entering and exiting was great. We were within walking distance to popular attraction and were very pleased with the process of checking in and parking.

The black mold was horrible and made the good areas not worth the stay. I have an immune disorder and was exposed to black mold in high volumes. After being in the apartment for less than two hours, I began feeling the effects of the mold. My daughters complained of headaches and did not feel well. My family and I had difficulty breathing and we were forced to keep the windows open, despite the temperature, so that we could breathe. I was very reluctant to shower because of the amount of mold. I am not sure how this was missed or how this is even legal to rent in these conditions. It made the entire trip extremely difficult to enjoy as the effects of the mold did not instantly go away after leaving the apartment.

Spacious apartment with everything you could want. Great modern bathroom with washing machine. Heating works well and located close to shops and transport. Very comfortable stay.

Was a little pricey compared to other apartments in the area.

I liked how the property was in a secluded area. it was very quiet and calm.

A room that has everything you need, mini kitchen, fridge, washing machine, bathroom etc. This property is very close to the train station and oktoberfest. We walked everywhere.

The smell of stale cigarettes

No bath mat, no hand towel, some of our towels were wet upon arrival, the rooms were the smallest bedrooms I have ever stayed in. You could barely walk by the bed. the living are was minuscule. We were on top of each other. The shower was open to the very tiny bathroom so the entire bathroom floor was wet the entire time. I messaged the owners about this and asked them to bring bath mats and towels and they did not. they advertised free parking and then didn’t give it to us. it was literally the worst place I have ever stayed and one of the most expensive. 2700 euros for 4 nights. a complete rip off!!

Convenient location for our trip and big apartment

A cozy and quite big flat, right next to the Octoberfest and the Main Train Station. We had a waching machine and a kitchen, a lot of cutlery, mugs, a kettle, a stove and a fridge. Very good for staying with children. The heating was on, because it was +6 at night.

Quite expensive, but this is because of Oktoberfest. 1st floor, so only a courtyard is visible from the windows
