leider drang der Straßenlärm bis auf den schönen Balkon , so dass wir diesem kaum genie0ßen konnten. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war nur hinter den Bäumen zu erahnen, also nicht so phantastisch wie erhofft.

Gayet temiz, kendinizi iyi hissettiğiniz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşayabilirsiniz. Ev sahibine sunduğu olanaklar için teşekkür ederiz. Ev içerisindeki küçük, tatlı sürprizlere hazır olun. Herhangi bir sorun yaşanmadı. Bay Stamatis her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

Great apartment! Really cute, fully equipped and very clean! Stamatis is a great host. I highly recommend it!

For us was a great stay at Stamatis! We recomand for famillys with kids! Our children liked the property and the facilities. Parking lot right at the entrance in the bloc. Very clean location, near city center. Stamatis provided us with a map of things to do in Thessaloniki that was very helpfull. We stayed 2 nights there in our way to Parga.

The apartment was very clean and neat, very tastefully decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom spotless. There was a Nespresso machine, with a few capsules, there were clean towels and bathroom necessities. The balcony was spacious, with a side sea view. The host was extremely responsive, replied to my messages instantly and had answers for all my questions. The check in and check out process was also very smooth and simple.

Clean and modern look

extremely loud neighbours, prepare for restless sleep. Location around property is extremely dirty, trash is present all around in the streets. Shower water pressure is atrocious. Owner is monitoring the temperature via wifi (what else is he doing?) it was very creepy and unsolicited.
