This property was perfect for a week ski trip in the mountains. Had all the amenities we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable. Hot tub was a short walk away and there were multiple hot tubs so never had to share with another group. Had a very nice patio with an amazing view. Property is very close to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Would definately visit again.

Location was very convenient for access to all the local ski resorts. Also, close to all grocery and dining in the town of Frisco. Would stay again.

The property was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. It was a very nice view of the lake and use of the garage was very nice on cold and icy mornings. I would defiantly rent again if I had the chance.

We stayed as a group of four for a ski weekend. We skied Vail and this was a great homebase for day trips each day. Downtown Frisco is super close and everything is right at your fingertips. Hot tub is a short walk away from the unit and there are 3 hot tubs all outdoors with a pavilion type cover. Space in the unit was comfy and close, but definitely good for a group of four. Very seamless experience and I would definitely stay here again. 100/100!

Check in was really easy and this place was everything my friends and I needed for a ski weekend.

Check in, etc was so simple. The condo is very nice, cozy and clean. Perfect size for the four of us and close to many restaraunts and ski resorts. Will definitely stay here again.

Unit was in a great location for all of the surrounding Ski resorts and the quaint little town of Frisco. The Unit itself was clean and accommodated a family of 4, with two teenaged sons. The kitchen was a little small, room for only 1 person at a time, and had to use the plunger a few times in the guest bathroom toilet. The roadways within the complex could use a better job with plowing the snow and walkways. The property management staff was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Overall, a very wonderful stay.

Small balcony / walkout patio, also with great views of the lake. Heat worked well; didn’t need AC ( no AC anyway). Some dresser drawers are fading. The toilets are small (American Standard Cadets, not elongated).Bottom line , we had a very nice 3-day stay. Location is convenient to Frisco and its Marina. Dillon is maybe 4 miles away; Breckenridge, an 8-mile drive. Lots of restaurants in Breckenridge.

Direct access to Lake Dillon for fishing and water activities. Short drive to all things Frisco including marina and downtown.

We arrived in Frisco and had to go to the office 5 minutes away to pick up keys. This is very annoying after a long day of travel, especially because the office is difficult to find. Arrived at the condo and immediately noticed food splattered all over the trash can, a door knob broken, and almost all of the outlets didn’t work, making it difficult to change phones. We later discover that the knob on the washing machine was also broken making it difficult to use. The final kicker was when we went to leave. We were instructed to return the keys back to the office. The instructions said to leave the keys where we got them. However, I no longer had the code to the lockbox as it wasn’t in the instructions. I called to see what they wanted me to do with the keys. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude and very annoyed by my call. She told me to put the keys in a different dropbox (this was not in the instructions). PLEASE get a keyless entry and fix the outlets!!

Stayed here for a few days to ski local resorts and it was perfect. Great central location. Warm, cozy, and the hot tub was close by. Fireplace was easy to use which is fun when you come in from a day of skiing. Hot water, comfortable beds, quiet area with decent views. Great for two couples and would probably work well for a small family as well.

Great place to stay, the unit itself has everything one could need for a stay of a few days. The location is very close to downtown Frisco and multiple ski resorts while still being a little secluded. They have thought of everything in amenities, including having crutches in the event someone has a ski incident.

This property was perfect! Everything was in great condition, and we had plenary of room for our four adults. Good beds and lots of hot water, carries a lot of weight on ski days. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing views from both bedrooms and living room. Although you could here the traffic on the Dillion Dam road, the views seem to trump the noise. If all doors are closed then the noise is minimal. Doesn’t interrupt a good night sleep on the comfy beds. The condo is small. Definitely a one person kitchen. A couple things were broken when we got there but they sent someone on Monday after the weekend. All the wall sockets are very loose and it was hard to charge your phones/iPads etc. all in all, we would stay here again. Not in winter but definitely in summer or fall. It’s a 2 mile beautiful walk to Main Street in Frisco. Bike/walking trails galore. Rent an electric bike from Rebel sports in Frisco and ride easily up hill to Breckinridge. The people at Rebel are great. It was a great vaca!!!!
