La ubicación cerca del metro, la limpieza en general y está en una zona tranquila.

La llave que nos dejaron no funcionaba, la cafetera muy bien pero sólo había dos cápsulas y éramos tres personas, también pasa esto con los geles de baño, el timbre de abajo estaba muy alto y se oía mucho por la noche. También echamos de menos algún espejo, sólo estaba el del baño.

La ubicación con metro y autobús cerca, supermercados, tiendas... La facilidad para entrar y salir con llave electrónica (a través del móvil). El apartamento cómodo y bien para una persona.

La falta de una mesa para comer o trabajar. Y algunos detalles que preferiría hablar en privado con la empresa de cara a mejorar su servicio.

I liked staying there and the trust.

Location was good and the apartment was affordable. Surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and shops.

It met my expectations.

The shower rooms were as expected and lived up to the photos on booking.com.

I paid for a 'garden', but couldn't use it because the blind in the bedroom was broken. The hob didn't work. The toaster didn't work. I used the microwave to boil water for my tea. I was unable to do any cooking. The apartment smelled of smoke. The apartment was bare, worn and unwelcoming and did not reflect the photos on booking.com.

Super thin walls, we could even repeat every sentence of the neighbors' conversation. Do not recommend staying over on Friday nights and holidays since there will be students celebrating and making sounds, if you're looking for a good night sleep, please avoid this cute but noisy place. Roof light in the bedroom isn't working, the remote for the air-conditioner was out of battery, no clear instructions for the garbage for those who plans to stay more than 2 days.

The location was great. The apartment is modern.

There were no clear instructions to check in, we had to call the hotel multiple times to get in, which can be frustrating. Also no information was given about were the bed sheets or towles were, so we had to call again. The kitchen is not well equipped (there is not kettle, not enough pans, no napkins or tin foil) it has just the extrictly necessary to get by. The light in the room wasn't working and even after calling no one went to check it or fix it. But the worst thing were the walls. The walls are so thin you can listen to everything that is going on next door. We had a huge family statying by us and they were shouting until 2 am both nights. We tried to asked them to stop but they didn't and we called the hotel management but they didn't do anything because they are not based in the same building. Overall quite a bad experience.

I liked the explanations to get to the hotel and get the codes to enter the building and the room. The neighbourhood is calm, quiet and yet very close to the metro to go to the center. A few shops to buy food are near so it's really easy to eat in the room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

More things in the kitchen would be much appreciated (there was no corkscrew for example and even if we asked for one, they didn't give it to us). There was no kettle in case you prefer tea and one of the door in the terrace doesn't close so we have to leave the store closed. Only details really, nothing important.

Well there is nothing much to like about, an average apartment to stay.

Me and my wife stayed there for 3 days. Process for checking in was frusta’s and complicated. We were standing outside in the cold weather and rain for an hour hr to complete the formalities. At the time of payment we paid extra 25 Euros for cleaning, all three days nobody came for cleaning,however after vacating the apartment we have been charged with extra amount of Rs 2800/- in the name of bad behaviour and leaving the apartment untidy. We not even met a single individual there in all there days so we don’t know from where that bad behaviour came. And what do the apartments owners expect from the guest to swipe and mop the whole apartment before they leave, when they are already charging extra for that. We both travels a lot and stayed at multiple places all over the world as well as in India Including some of the very well known Hotels like Taj, Oberoi, ITC Kohineer, Hayat, We never faced such behaviour. We highly recommend everyone to not to stay there, as owners there are loothers.

Its great value for money. The apartment is clean and modern design. It has all that you need even for a longer stay.

Relatively spacious living room and well equiped kitchen

Double bed was very small (about 1,40m). Sofa bed was worn and not very clean nor comfortable. The shower cubicle was not in good condition, very small and no place to hold washing products. The check in process was not smooth as we could not get in the apartment and spent about 30' on the phone with the very friendly and helpful company representative trying to assist us.
