The customer service was awful, the receptionist was totally disrespectful and rude. I arrived at 2 pm and they made me wait for 2 hours to check in because the apartment was still being cleaned.
I booked and paid AU$20 per day to have a parking space and there were no safe places to park, they said to park on the street in front of the apartment.
The apartment was disgustingly dirty, so much dirt and sand on the floor that I'm pretty sure the apartment hasn't even been vacuumed and mopped. Dirty kitchen, there was leftover food in the sink drain, completely greasy oven and microwave, impossible to use. There was an old pizza inside the microwave, probably forgotten by previous guests. There was no dishcloth, tea towel and rubbish bag, the dishwashing sponge was used and stinking.
The apartment has no window screens and no fire alarm. The bathroom lock is broken.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment or any other accommodation managed by Lotus Stay to anyone.

Great location, a very short walk to the beach. Easy access to food, transportation, and shops. Nice little balcony.
I have no complaints! I went there to shower and sleep, and it would've been fine to spend more time there.

We really enjoyed this accomodation! Close to the beach and a good spacious standard inside. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our heavy bags! The beds were very comfortable and the linen was nice.
There wasn’t that much plates, bowls and cutlery.

the lack of maintenance and upkeep of the unit and the unit block . their was a constant smell of dampness and all the windows were covered in mould . the curtains were not blockout at all very thin, the bathroom lock did not work .

from start to finish disaster! There were cockroaches throughout the building still awaiting response for refunds! awful experience and staff no help at all, lady on reception/owner we think, very rude needs some lessons in manners and management of a business. when told that our baby of 5 months was coming the next day we were told cockroaches can’t harm a baby!!! total disaster.

Great staff, helpful and obliging.
Unfortunately the floor was sticky and a bird had flown in and pooed all over the bed in the main room. I advised a staff member who said they would come an sort it, another staff member came and gave me a sheet...I did expect them to change the cover.

Check-in - Booking.com had not trasnfered the payment and so it was haywire for a little while! I had to prove that I had paid - so I had to go back through my emails to 28 Feb 22 - which was so unexpected! And Dee, the receptionist, was not rude but very adamant that unless I provided a receipt - there would be no check-in! Situation was so awkward & embarrassing!
Hated the parking facilities too!

Bed and the couch bed were all comfortable and the location was covenient.
We had no hot water our entire stay, and we couldn't inform the reception until they reopened. They said that they would get it fixed on check out, which was obviously too late. They seemed more concerned about where we had our car parked, as we had not booked a car space, but we had parked elsewhere all night.

Great location,quiet and clean Unit #2. Had everything we needed for 5 day stay.Good value for money. S small table and 3 chairs on balcony would have been good. Friendly staff efficient and hard working.
ALL good, only suggestion is 2 chairs and small table on balcony and maybe blockout daylight curtain in bedrooms for longer sleepins.

There was a contact number which we called multiple time and there was no answer. We received keys off a cleaner. However, we then received a call from the property manager advising we were in the wrong room and the room looked like it had been double booked. Then advised we could stay there . Then the next day contacted us again and advised the card we booked with was expired and could we go to the office to pay however no address or location was given. When we left we left the key in the room after many calls to help number again with no answer.

Pleasant little apartments recently renovated.
'Lee' had given our apartment to someone else. He was rude and aggressive once he realised his mistake. The staff actually had an argument with each other. He was not interested in trying to fix and was going to try and make the other people leave and have us live into a place that wasn't cleaned. Made us wait outside in the heat and sun for quite a while. Another staff member finally fixed it. By then we were late, hot and bothered.
The stairs and parking are very bad. No info on simple things like were to get some milk etc.

No tv channels - only Netflix and YouTube. internet reception not good. no fly screens on windows so couldn’t open windows at night. no fans in bedrooms so really hot at night. no broom to sweep up sand from floor. no can opener in kitchen. no complimentary washing powder to do a quick load of washing.

We loved the decor, and it was very comfortable. Lots of storage space and convenient long shelf in bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the cooking oil. Everything was neat and clean, and the apartment was exactly as pictured. 5 of us slept comfortably.

So close to the beach so a very early morning walk is just so perfect. Over all the room is fine and as expected.
The stairs going up the room needs renovation so entering is more welcoming.
