The property is located minutes drive from the old part of Lagos. There are multiple parking lots with reasonable prices for parking we utilized. The house met and exceeded our expectations and provided a great launching pad for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Such a lovely villa. Pool was fantastic. So much space and really easy to relax in the garden. Games room basement a real hit with the kids. I loved the covered outdoor BBQ and seating area. Location was great. Not too far to walk to the old town for food. Really recommend this as a place to stay.

This a very well presented modern open plan villa. Located in a quiet residential area the villa is a perfect place to relax. 10 minute walk gets you to the local Intermarche supermarket and the centre of Lagos is 10 minutes away in taxi (7-8 euros). I was very pleased I chose this villa.

This is a lovely villa - well designed and proportioned for ideal family living. It’s location is in a very quiet close, yet only a short walk into Lagos Old Town. It all made for a perfect holiday.

This villa was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice! The grounds were beautiful, decent size pool, well equipped kitchen. Added bonus of the games room downstairs for older kids. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Walkable distance into town, all in all a fabulous holiday, thank you.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa. We were met on our arrival and everything explained to us. There was a nice welcome pack which was much appreciated. The villa is well situated, walkable into Lagos although as we had younger children so we often got a taxi home which was easy and not expensive. The villa itself had everything we could wish for…we really enjoyed the pool area and made use of the bbq. The owner was really accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely holiday…we only wish we could have stayed longer.

We were a family of 6 (kids 3,9,11,12) and stayed Aug 2021. The property was perfect. Very spacious, modern, comfortable, in a quiet area with all the things you needed for a family stay. We typically had breakfast and lunch at the villa and ate out at night. There is a large supermarket within 7 min walk which made it very easy to walk to buy whatever we needed each day. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Lagos town is walkable, downhill on the way in, but taxis were readily available and only cost 6 euro for the 6 of us. I would recommend getting a taxi back to avoid the uphill. The pool area is very private with a lovely garden, and the pool is a decent size. Worth noting that the deep end is not very deep (our 9 year old could stand in the deep end), but that was a positive for us as made it safer for the kids and we could move around the whole pool with our 3 year old, not just confined to shallow part. Just make sure nobody tries to dive in. Table tennis and darts in basement also a positive. As others said the pictures don't do justice. Would highly recommend.

We spent an amazing two weeks here and did not want to leave.......the villa has everything you need or want and it is impossible not to relax! The pool and garden are awesome. Fab place.....

This is a lovely villa in a quiet residential area about 15 / 20 minute walk from the town centre. The amenities if the villa are excellent, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery are all in abundance. The outside BBQ was perfect and the heated pool was lovely given our stay was late October. My only criticism is that the towels, bath towels and pool towels were tiny,

The villa is spotlessly clean and feels very new. Beautiful inside and out. Good sized pool and good loungers, with plenty of shade if you want it and a good quality wind out awning. A very peaceful area but walkable to Porto de Mos beach and even into Lagos if you fancy a walk, roughly 25 minutes to town. You do need a car for supermarket visits, plenty of parking outside the villa. There are electric shutters and mosquito screens in every room which made us feel very safe with a new baby. We arrived quite late at night and Danny met us with a welcome pack and a very good intro to the villa amenities. The red wine was a welcome arrival drink to sit out by the pool before retiring to our lovely cool room. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a fabulous huge area downstairs which we didn’t need to use but great for a larger group/older children etc. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Great property in quiet residential area. The villa has a beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool and large, sunny, patio areas. It is a 15 or 20 minute walk to the centre of Lagos or 5 or 6 Euro taxi ride. Large and well stocked intermarche supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. We had a great week at the property and would highly recommend

Booked this for a family and partners getaway for my wife's 60th birthday and it couldn't have gone any better, the house and gardens are lovely, plenty of room for all of us and the swimming pool and games room were made full use of. On arrival we were met by Gail who filled us in on all we needed to know, the location and immediate area was very quiet but only a 15/20 minute walk into beaches/Lagos centre which was ideal for us. Perfect stay, very sad to leave, would have no hesitation in stopping here again if we came back to Lagos

We had a fantastic week in the villa which exceeded our expectations. The villa is in a quiet location and inside it's very spacious and well appointed. The pool is lovely with plenty of space around it with sunny and shady areas. We are a family of 5 and the games room was a hit with our 3 children when they wanted a break from the sun. It's a 20 minute walk into town but we took advantage of the taxis to come home. The only small thing missing is pool/beach towels. Thank you for making our holiday a great success.

As previous reviews have said the villa is even better than the photos show. everyone enjoyed the pool to cool off especially when the weather was hot on the first week. Ideal location in a quiet residential area with 20 minute walks to old town and Porto de Mos beach. The games room is a cellar which is the whole size of the villa. Very roomy with 6 adults never felt crowded and so well equipped. There was a safe available too. Many thanks Thomas for letting us stay in your lovely villa we would not stay anywhere else in Lagos.

Stayed here for a week towards the end of May and had a fabulous stay. Easy to find from the airport and greeted by the property mananger who showed us all the necessary details and left us to explore. The villa is spacious and the photos seriously don't do it justice! The basement was a massive hit for us all including my two young children, the pool was warm enough by the afternoon without the need for heating and the sun was on the back of the villa all day with shaded areas if needed. The beds are incredibly comfy, bedrooms are spacious, showers powerful, air conditioning very effective! The welcome package was handy and thoughtful to get us by until we could get some shopping which was nearby. Contact with the owner was prompt and helpful. Would we go back....absolutely. Was perfect.

Villa just as shown in the pictures. Ample space , ideal for families. We had the pool heated which was well worth the money. Great outdoor bbq area and games room in the basement. Nice welcome pack , overall could not fault the villa. Approx 20 minutes walk to centre of Lagos, almost all downhill there, but all uphill on the way back. Excellent choice of restaurants in the town centre, we particularly liked the terraced restaurant over the fish market, Mares, great views.

We have just returned, reluctantly, from a week in the villa. This is a really great place to stay. There is a lot of room and the 6 of us, including three year old twins, had lots of space to relax and play. There is a bonus of a large basement play room where the adults tried to rekindle our table tennis and darts skills ; without too much success. The children (and adults) loved the pool. The cover helps to keep it warm overnight and we did not need the pool heating. The garden is well maintained and child friendly. All the furnishings and fittings are of a very good standard. There is a large supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. It is a 15 minute downhill walk in to Lagos, which means an uphill walk back. If you don't fancy it, the taxi costs between 4 and 5 euros, so not dear. We found that Portugal is a less costly place to eat etc than most. The owner, Thomas, is very helpful and replies to e-mails quickly. His agent Gail was there to meet us on our arrival even though we were late due to flight delay. She was also very helpful. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.

A really beautiful villa, spacious nicely decorated and everything you need to chill out. Very well stocked with items for cooking and amazing and very useful welcome pack to get you started. Really felt like our home from the moment we arrived and felt so relaxed didn't want to go home didn't feel lovely holiday rental. Thomas very efficient at responding to emails. Pictures did not do this villa justice! Much larger and more beautiful in reality! Very impressed, we had a wonderful family holiday here. The pool is delightful and the solar heat cover definitely helps maintain and nice warm pool temperature. Location is the only downside as had to get taxis to the town for bars and restaurants however the supermarket is within walking distance. On arrival there was a welcome pack for us all including essentials as well as wine and beer which was a lovely touch after a tiring journey. Would definitely recommend this villa!

We stayed at the villa for the last 2 weeks of May and it was beautiful! The villa itself is really spacious & modern, full facilities, and the garden & pool are perfect. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating area and everything is very well maintained. The resort is a short walk away with lots of restaurants to choose from & some lovely bars down on the front. We stayed in Casa Niya for 2 weeks in May and must say it is an excellent villa. Our party of 4 adults and 1 toddler were more than comfortable in the villa with fantastic outside and inside space. Outside, the pool is brilliant (with the cover and pool heating) and the BBQ was brilliant, especially with the sink to help clean. The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen very well equipped. The games room with table tennis and dart board also a nice addition. We will not hesitate to go back as the quality of the villa is fantastic and the customer service especially by Thomas was second to none.. We will be back!

Six of us stayed at this villa for a week and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. On arrival the villa was immaculate and spotlessly clean. It has a lovely homely feel about it, with light and airy rooms & it's such a plus that all the bedrooms have air con! The garden and pool area is beautiful, it's very private and gets the sun all day. We made great use of the BBQ and outdoor seating area which was just perfect! The villa is ideally located in a nice area with Lagos old town an easy 15 minute walk away where you will find a great choice of fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The beaches in Lagos are stunning and there are many trips and activities on offer. Thomas and his team are friendly and extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone and enjoyed a perfect week in a perfect place! Would most definitely return :)

We all felt very comfortable and at home in the villa. There were 6 of us and there was more than adequate space for us all. It was truly a home from home. We are seriously considering a return trip especially as Lagos is such lovely little town with an array of splendid eateries and a laid back atmosphere similar to my own home town of Brighton.
