We had a wonderful time!
Although the text was honest about limited view from the room, the pictures were somewhat misleading and fairly easy to miss that your view is a parking lot.
But nice room, clean, loved the pool and location

That was my first time at lake Chalen , I love this hotel clean friendly, great location. We will come back in August !

Everyone at the property was wonderful! The room was beautiful. We are talking about our next visit to Lake Chelan.

305A non view room
The room was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge to chill food and drinks.
I’m giving a 4/5 for cleanliness due to the AC unit filters being clogged with dust and hair and very noisy as well as hairs on the bathroom floor and baseboards upon arrival.
We would come again and enjoyed the location to downtown and the pool!

Perfect condo for family of 4
Property has a great location, pool and lake access for the kids. Clean and quiet

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Pool area and hot-tub were closed which was the main reason we booked this location, so that was frustrating. Overall a good experience.

Great Location - Very Soft Beds
The one serious flaw with this unit, for us, were the beds. They are very soft, like sleeping in a hammock. Maybe that's your style, not ours. Otherwise, the unit is nice enough.
The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants.
It is quite large. Didn't matter for the two of us, but for families this would be nice.

Grandview is in a great location right on the lake. The unit we stayed in was quite comfortable, although it does not have a lake view. The unit was spacious and clean. It would have been nice if the unit had a coffee table or end tables by the sofa so one could do some work and set down a beverage. A bar sink by the microwave would have been nice too. However, these are quite minor items and overall we were very happy with our stay. The management staff was extremely helpful and provided great service.
