Average apartment, like a timeshare room. If you're looking to be within walking distance to Broadway not the place to stay. I should have stayed closer to Broadway and paid more as the Uber costs killed my savings.

Great location…within walking distance to great live music and other sites. Pool was great! Carlos was very responsive and helpful!

We loved staying here! The room was clean and we absolutely loved laying out by the guitar shaped pool! I would recommend this room to anybody looking to stay in Nashville. We walked to Broadway from the room and it wasn’t very far. Carlos has a great room here on Music Square! I love Nashville and staying here made my trip even better

There are a few bars/restaurants about a block and a half away and downtown is about a 15-20 minute walk! Very happy with everything! Definitely would stay there again!!

Super nice view of the city. Very comfortable beds. The room itself was once iconic in Nashville History! Carlos was excellent communicating with me upon check in! I would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect! We loved being within walking distance to a few bars and restaurants! Carlos' instructions were very easy and parking was great - we never had a problem finding a spot when returning from being out. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We'd totally stay at this property again!

We had unusually hot weather when we were in Nashville but had an amazing time hanging out in the swimming pool. The condo was very nice we really enjoyed it. You can walk to everything Nashville has to offer or get an Uber. We would definitely stay here again the condo was perfect.

We love mid town! This property is the perfect location for food and live music! We felt safe walking everywhere and it’s a doable walk to town.

The condo was clean and as described. It is close to downtown, a quick Lime Scooter ride or Uber ride to all the action. No issues at all. Great place for a trip to Nashville.

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo. It was a very easy process. The place was just as described. The pool was great. The property was just outside of the hustle and bustle but there was still food and attractions at walking distance. It was a great experience.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable The building looks older and the back elevator is kind of scary. We used it because the main one was out of order. It’s on a one way street so only one way to go when leaving. We got lost trying to get back to our room a lot. Close to town. The Elvis suite had everything you wanted. Views of some buildings out side the window. The parking wasn’t that great. There was only a few parking spots that I really could get into in my SUV in the parking garage, you have to be careful of the post that is supporting the building. Over all it’s nice but I wouldn’t stay there again because I’m not a big city person and would rather be a little out of the city. If you like the city, it’s good for you. Good price also. I give it 4 stars due to the parking and the old elevator. There is a nice tv in the bedroom and living room. The tv in the living room seemed to have more options. The bathtub is super small but the shower is large. Water pressure could have been better. The pool was dirty, looks nothing like the pictures. Also the dumpster where you take your trash was full until the day we checked out, it got emptied and cleaned aroUnd It did smell bad around it. Every thing in the room was up to date and super nice. I have no major complaints about the room. It’s just like the picture. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need for cooking. So if you like the city life this would be for you.

This condo is a great place to stay. It is in a great location. Although we didn’t get to use the pool I could imagine sitting by the guitar shaped pool and relaxing (very private pool area). The building was very secure. The owners are great communicators. The instructions for check in and parking were easy. The check out was also easy. I have stayed at places that have an extensive cleaning process before you leave even though you pay a cleaning fee. These owners only ask you to do a couple of things and they are totally reasonable. If I ever get to go back to Nashville I definitely want to stay here.

This refurbished apartment has a great location for your stay in Nashville. With popular nearby attractions, like Hattie B’s, Midtown, and multiple bars within walking distance, this location makes for a nice getaway. Downtown is also walkable, but plenty of ride-share options are available as well. I will be looking into staying here or another one of Carlos’ other properties in the future.

Great location in Music Row. Lots of cool bars/shops/things to do in the area. We even walked it down to the bars on Broadway! The property was exactly what we were hoping for & the view was great too. Overall, can’t wait to come back.
