Loved the extra space the townhouse layout with 3 bed and 3.5 bath provided our family. Kids loved the pool and basketball court especially. Great location within minutes to most parks.

Clean spacious home. Close to attractions. Clean equipped with all your needs. A gated community nice landscaped grounds.. Only issue was the queen pull out bed in living room had a broken leg unable to use. Management notified immediately ,was not fixed during our stay!

The villa is spacious and clean. Excellent location, close to everything on International drive, supermarket, food options, shopping. The kids had a lot of fun in the arcade but we couldnt enjoy the pool because it was cold for us.

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed with plenty of space. Had a lot of amenities close by including grocery, restaurants and stores. Only thing was we had to drive to the pool instead of walk. Was able to walk to convention center for volleyball tournament which was nice. Overall was a great place to stay.

Townhouse was very nice and updated. Had everything we needed. Everything from restaurants to groceries were close by and we could easily get to the convention center. Very quick response time whenever I had a question.

Group of friends stayed here for an event at the Concention Center. This property was very close and easily accessible to it. Monica was very helpful in accommodating us and was prompt to answer when we had trouble with the keypad. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

July 2022 Stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Vista Cay Resort. Monica's place was very comfortable and convenient to drive to the parks and restaurants. We also enjoyed having the pool available to us.

Overall it was an okay experience. It was a little disappointing that several pieces of furniture was either damaged or stained. The unit needs to definitely be updated. The trash was not picked up daily, as we put out trash every night.

The perfect place to visit Orlando with your family
Everything was perfect. The house has all the appliances that you could need and more and is big enough for 8/10 people. The amenities of the clubhouse were great too. Anyway, the best was Monica that was available 7/24 to assist you in anything you can need. We have a great time in Vista Cay.

This rental unit was perfect for our stay and had most of everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, the furniture was clean and of good quality and the kitchen came with everything we needed except for the ice maker was not working. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again.

December 2021 Stay
The over all appearance was a bit disappointing, not the cleanest place. There was an outlet in the kitchen that did not have a cover which was concerning with a small child. It was a very nice neighborhood and very centrally located to all the attractions in Orlando. If they would do a deep clean and give it a fresh coat of paint and some updates it would improve the rentals over all appearance.

All molding dirty in major need of paint. Bathroom cabinets peeling, couch ripped, white towels grey. Large wet spot in front of first floor bathroom, took 6 days for someone to come and look at it. They discovered a leak but never came to fix it. Wet spot approximately was 3x3. Walls up the steps leading to third floor dirty.

Cause Covid We had to pospone the trip
Cause to Covid we have not be able to get our Visas, so we pospone the trip. The property Manager is great.

Thanks for the great stay! We had a fantastic time while here for conference, it was very relaxing to come back to every evening.

June 2019 Stay
Quite comfortable townhome. Very spacious. There were a few hiccups upon arrival: original front door code wouldn’t work, ceiling fan in bedroom with King bed didn’t work, and there were sugar ants in kitchen and upstairs bedroom and bath. Yet, I will say that Italo and Geo were amazing! They took care of the ants and had to replace the fan.
Midway through our stay the front door pad didn’t work at all. It needed a new battery. Once again, the maintenance crew for the job done.
Also, the receptionists were very friendly when I called the given number.

The unit was beautiful. I loved the layout. Although 3 flights can be daunting, younger individuals can stay on the 3rd floor. The unit was near shopping and several dining spots. Management was very helpful and courteous

We arrived using google maps with the addresd we were provided, ebrered the house with the codes we were provided, really easy. Location is unbeatable; so close to sea workd and Universal. The house was clean and beautiful decoration evetywhere. Washing machine and dryer need an update.

Overall it was a great experience. The condo is just lovely - very spacious and comfortable. Somehow I missed the fact that it was a tri-level condo but it didn't affect us in a negative way. We were not able to access the premises on time and that made us late for an event we were attending. We were not too happy about that. I will definitely stay here again though. It is located in a great area with many amenities to choose from.

Really loved staying here! The open common space was very helpful for our group to spend time together and relax. The one thing that was a slight annoyance at check out was that you are only given 1 garbage bag for your stay, and ALL garbage must be in that bag for the trash-man to take it.

Close to everything we had planned on doing. Loved the condo.

Clean well Maintained
This property was very clean nice and close to the parks and convention center. It was nice to have a big well stocked kitchen for making good healthy food. Nice big family room to relax and unwind. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was very nice. We also used the pool and tub. The poolside bar was well stocked, and the staff was very friendly.

Super Cute Unit!
This Unit was very well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved how close the property was to universal studios. The only thing I would recommend is some dish towels be added to the kitchen. Overall this property was great and we will defiantly be saving it to our list for future visits.
