The best home ever love this home

All in all, we would absolutely stay here again during future trips to Saint Simons! The home is very charming and offers lots of space for an active group. We certainly had more than enough room for our multi-generational family! We really enjoyed the location as well, and rode our bikes all over the island. The pool was very nice after long bike rides and as a beach alternative during a fishing tournament (our teenager even took advantage of pre-breakfast swims)!
It is obvious the addition was recently completed with the upstairs master bath requiring some punch list attention. However, the downstairs addition seemed to be done very well. The only other bits to be mindful of were in the kitchen... the dishwasher was not always reliable to deliver clean dishes and use of the oven caused the living room to smell of gas. We quickly learned to use the range hood ventilation whenever using the oven to help mitigate the smell. We saw these issues as small punch list items also, all easily addressed during a week without guests.

Ga/Fl weekend
We found the home beautiful. It worked perfectly for our weekend get away. The road is a little busy and at times noisy. Our girls loved the pool and that it was walking distance to the Village.

Great Beach House
This is the one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The decor was gorgeous and the location was fantastic. The cottage was across the street from the beach access. Literally, a 2 min walk. We walked to dinner every night. The outdoor was wonderful after a day at the beach. The interior was spotless and the yard is beautifully landscaped. We have already booked for next year.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed on in any location! The home is so charming and has wonderful amenities. The location is superb - you can access the beach easily and the downtown Village area. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Rent this house! The best location. Literally one block from the beach (easily walkable). About 1/2 mile from the downtown business district. The property is gorgeous inside and out. The little details-decor, nice sheets/towels, the lighting options. The pool is LOVELY - fountains add a lot! And the outside lounge area we used daily. Don’t hesitate to give this property a try. Can’t wait to come back.

Pool dirty on arrival due to spring pollen season; a request for cleaning was honored, albeit a day later and could have been done prior to arrival. Cottage in the rear has shared sightlines, but occupants stayed to themselves. Overall still recommended and had a very nice stay.

This home was the perfect stay for my family for an intimate wedding party. The kids stayed in the front house and the parents in the back cottage. We all had dinners by the pool! This house has so much character and is steps away from the beach. It was a 10/10 experience. I would stay here every time I come to St. Simons!

I was really hoping this property was going to be as great as the pictures illustrate and I can now say without a doubt it was! The pictures of course make the front of the house look a little larger but the space out front was adorable, useable and just right. We spent a ton of time in the beautiful back yard and pool making some really great memories. We enjoyed our dinners, games and times just relaxing on the enclosed porch- such a cool space!!! Easy walk to dinner, shops and ice cream! This home is full of charm and we look forward to going back.

The house is so pretty and is just paces away from the beach. The pool is small and really cute- perfect for lounging (we brought our own floats). Immaculately clean! The house is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but it is still roomy and full of charm! We would definitely rent it again!

Old School Charm is a lovely cottage with very comfortable furnishings and beds. Old School Charm is a lovely cottage with very comfortable furnishings and beds. Very clean small pool. 2 minute walk to a nice beach with wide area for tents, etc. 10 minute walk to town with shops, restaurants, and fishing pier. Convenient no key entry. Good for a family. Great Cottage for a Stay at St. Simons
This is an excellent house for a beach trip. The location is convenient to the beach as well as the village. The pool in the back yard is wonderful. All in all we would stay here again and plan on it next year.

House is beautiful and comfortable- best spot is the sun porch at front as you can see the water from the sofa. You do share the driveway with the guesthouse in the back but that was fine. If you had 2 families, you could get the main house and guest house too which would be fun.

Location, location, location! Short walk to the beach and village. Pool was the perfect size for our group. Not much parking unless you also rent the back cottage but other than that, it's perfect!
