Excellent location and price, and clean which is very important to me.

Sockets in bathroom didn’t work, deadbolt didn’t work and hair dryer cord very short.

Hotel was clean and accommodation met for early check-in.

Fire aram went off several times in the middle of the night. Staff had trouble turning it off as if they had no training on how to. This was very inconvenient we want be back. Also we ask for towels before we left for an engagement. We were told they be in the room when we returned that never happened. I'm disabled but had to go down stairs and get them after I called the front desk and explained what happened. They weren't even busy but couldn't bring them up.

Nicely remodeled. Continental breakfast was good and comfortable room. Allows pets for $25 a night which is a very good price.

Front desk people, checking in and checking out, we’re very nice and courteous.

The complimentary breakfast was great, but the man who was in charge( the cook, I’m assuming was very rude). Definitely not a people person, he could learn a little customer service skills when it comes to dealing with people. Also having the indoor pool on the 1st, May not have been the best idea. Water was everywhere on the floor and the elevator.

The outside of the building looks nice.

Maintenance was bad. I had a very slow bathroom sink and a door that had to be shoved hard to open or close. Both of these were obvious problems that should have been fixed BEFORE renting the room. The breakfast was unappealing. It compared poorly to similar hotels like Holiday Inn Express or Tru by Hilton. The room wasn't very clean.

Breakfast was not up to what usually is served.

They had a nice area for walking pets. I didn't eat the breakfast but the coffee was very good.

Newer & clean. Staff was friendly.

Odd smell in our bathroom. Maintenance tried fixing it but nothing helped so we kept the door shut & it was ok. But every times we opened it, it was super strong & we had to allow it to air out before we could walk in to use it. Glad we were only there 2 nights otherwise we would have asked to be moved.

The appearance of the hotel was very warm and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and quite helpful. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and the main lobby area. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel - hot and fresh.
