We found bugs in the hotel room and when I told the front desk they wouldn't give me another room or my money back had to wait until 7.a.m until manager came so kids and I slept in the car 40 degrees weather

Staff was rude at check in And than the Staff was rude in the morning because I took breakfast out the office So My children wouldnt be late To school.

I shop for price and cleanliness. I got that

I extended my stay, but no service (Covid protocols), towels a little rough, commode ran after each use and a bad mattress.

I was called a prostitute and treated like I was not a human being. The staff beat on my window screaming calling me a prostitute bc I was seating on the bed with a black tank top and black shorts and said I was inappropriate dressed and advertising. My family and I are fire and rescue.

It was ok for a short stay. Very short stay.

Bed was terrible. Stairs were rough with the suitcases. Had to go get a blanket, none on bed. Says coffee maker upon request. Was told they were for the king rooms only. Queen mattress is actually a double size. Also, it's like two box springs instead of a box spring and a top mattress.
