The view of the ocean was beautiful, the patio was comfortable and spacious, the unit had a/c issues and water heater issues which interrupted our vacation the first 3 days, but the size accomodated our group. The location offered a variety of activies and entertainment for everyone in our group.

You couldn't ask for a better location. The front area overlooking the beach, the Strand and all the interesting people were most enticing. This is our second time staying here because of the large rooms and the perfect view. The condo needs some updates and repairs as noted by my daughter. It is showing signs of needed attention. In the back, the barbecue was satisfactory, but the furniture needs replacement. The kitchen had all the appliances that were needed. Plenty of linens, towels and paper supplies. We will return.

This was the second time renting the home and added an extra night this year. I'd have to say it was even better than last year. There were a few improvements made from last year such as screen door repaired, better wifi, and the new furniture was super comfy. We had the best time. No issues or complaints came up at all. Cheryl is a super responsive host and answers any questions or concerns very quickly. The location is walking distance to everything. We plan to return every year for our family vacation and hopefully stay longer next time.

Nice size condo that easily accommodated the 7 members of our family. Great ocean view, and great location. However, unless you enjoy tons of people and automobiles walking and driving by day and night you may want to consider a less active location. Our vehicle was also broken into because of a broken door lock to the garage area. That was a bummer.

I love this ocean front condo! It is clean, comfy furnishings, and a great location. I have stayed here several times with friends and always recommend it others. It is picture perfect. The property manager, Cheryl is wonderful. She is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will be back.

Came in for a weekend where we could hear the waves hit the shore. This place didn't disappoint.

We were looking for a nice place to visit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Weather was perfect and the home had a perfect layout and views. The kitchen was wonderful in terms of appliances and layout. We ended up staying in for dinner every night, so we wouldn’t miss the great sunsets. It was also nice to have dedicated parking spots in a secure location. Very enjoyable stay and we will be back!

Great property convenient to many restaurants, if you want to be in the middle of the auction this is the house for you.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is comfortable it has everything we needed in the kitchen, the laundry room, 2 parking spaces, extras to enjoy the beach. The one way traffic goes quietly and calm, we felt safe and enjoyed the community walking around. The beach was a plus, whether it was walking early in the morning or enjoying a walk to the pier and enjoying some food there. Location was great and the house provided the comfort we needed. We are planning to come back in the future. Cheryl was great giving us tip of places to go and answering all our questions. We are planning to come back to the same place in the future!

We had a great weekend! The house was very nice, and there was plenty of space for all. The location is awesome…right on the water and walking distance to lots of fun.

We had a great stay in this home that was in a perfect location for walking, bike riding & surfing during our stay. It was clean and comfortable and the management was great!

We’ve stayed in other condos within the same complex but this might be our favorite. Overall the place was great; beds were comfy, plenty of plugs to charge your phone, lots of sleeping options (multiple beds in each room). The ac units in each room and in the main living spaces were really nice and worked well when needed. The property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Very large home! Fit 2 families great! Loved the patio! Will stay again!

Initially this property was absolutely perfect! It slept all guests comfortably. Communication with the property manager was great! There were just a few key things that had our group head home early. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and the plumbing needs major work due to severe flooding from one of the toilets and shower. We were reimbursed for our final night! If I could do 4.5 stars, I would. Truly just needs a few things updated. It’s a gorgeous property!!!

Right on the Pacific! The condo is right on The Strand. Very busy one way street with cars and pedestrians. Cars cruising is non stop. So when sitting on front patio, the sound of the waves at times is drowned out by various genres of music. The floors of the condo were seemingly clean, but not. No cell service, so must WiFi to call out. WiFi went out for a full day of our stay. No hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. Large cleaning fee, but required to do quite a bit upon check out. The accommodations suited our needs. Just a few things that made it a little inconvenient. The property manager was very responsive, just unable to take care of some issues (the plumbing & internet).

Ocean, classic cars, and people watching was the view-good times! Nice place to walk, close enough to all the action but far enough away for some quiet time too. Plenty of beds, families welcomed, and our small dogs were secure in patios.

Some Texas people wanted to get together with California relatives for beach vacation. It was just what we hoped for. Loved Oceanside and Pacific Ocean. Great wave and people watching on the front patio.

House and location were great!

Great location, large spaces, large bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable beds, loved the beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The Thermador stove was so great to cook with. Walking distance to pier, shops, restaurants, and beach was a huge plus. The only cons about our stay were overall cleanliness of the property and furniture, also the main doors to the front patio were difficult to lock and open close blinds. None of this took away from the great time we had as a family. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Watching the parade of cool cars/trucks was also very entertaining. Overall we made some great memories! Thank you for hosting us!

This house has a great location. Walk or drive to anything you could need. Or just sit on the patio by the fire and enjoy the view. Also had a nice patio out back that was perfect for dogs or small children to safely be. This house was more than large enough for 6 Adults and 2 small dogs. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for towels, linens and kitchen necessities. A working washer and dryer were a plus as well. My only concern was we couldn't keep open the front patio doors to to get fresh air as both screen doors were both busted through so was not safe for my dogs when doors opened and no windows in house that opened as well. So to get air you would have to turn on the air conditioning, which we didn't want to do in 65 degree weather. Just got a little stuffy sometimes. Once repaired, would be safer for dogs or small children to not be able to get out onto that patio if you didn't want them too. The front patio is nicely enclosed, but my dogs like to bark so we kept them out of front patio. Also wifi was pretty non existent. We could not stream to watch movies or streaming services at night and texting and calling was very spotty. Not a huge deal, but if your kids rely on wifi it's not great. The regular tv channels worked fine. Cheryl was also great to work with. We had no issues come up, but she was very responsive to my questions before we left and checked in with us during our stay. I feel if something did come up, it definitely would of been taken care of right way. My only other suggestion would be a larger, more comfortable dining table and chairs or benches. It felt to formal compared to cozy living area and couches and not something we utilized like in other homes we've rented. But did not affect our stay whatsoever. We would recommend this property and would love to return.

We stayed on The Strand last year and wanted to find a nicer place and we certainly did. Oue hostess was great to work with and easy to reach by email and phone. We just purchased a new Chevy Tahoe and was concerned about parking. We easily found the underground parking lot and had not one, but two parking spaces assigned to our unit. Make sure you take the stairway up that's in the garage we made the mistake of exiting to the street and had some difficulty finding our entry, but our hostess was available and talked us through it. Once inside we were amazed at how much space we had and all of the amenities that were included. Kitchen was well equipped it even had a gas stove and range. Out back was a private patio that had not one, but two barbeques and I love to grill. Now for the best part which is the front patio. The view is amazing and yes it even had a gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We look forward to going back next year!

Our girlfriend group of 8 try to get together at least once a year. This was a perfect venue as it is spacious sleeping 8 comfortably with 3 bathrooms. The location is amazing with vast ocean views and the sounds of waves crashing to lull you to sleep at night. The kitchen was well appointed. The common areas allow for us all to visit. It’s within walking distance to the pier, restaurants and town .

We could not have asked for a better place for the set up for the six of our family members to stay. The view was amazing. The rooms were very large and plenty of room to entertain new family members. If you want to see, amazing sunsets from your patio, and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing every morning this is your place. will stay again.

My husband, daughter, a friend and I stayed here for a week while attending/hosting my son's wedding in Oceanside. The property location was very convenient to the pier and restaurants in town. It is very spacious and nicely decorated, but there are no dressers in the bedrooms, which made it hard to unpack for a week. Also, the blinds in the bedroom don't work, so it is quite bright at night. The motion sensor lights in the bathrooms were VERY annoying. If you needed to use the loo at night, you were awakened by the bright light that automatically went on when you walked in the bathroom.
