Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet
Ich hatte extra ein Zimmer im ersten OG angefragt und schriftlich bestätigt bekommen. Aber ein Zimmer Erdgeschoss direkt an den Bahngleisen bekommen. Schafen war trotz ohrstöpseln kaum möglich, ich würde nie wieder buchen.

Good location if you are working in the port. Good value for money. Everything is fresh and clean. Generally very good impression, especially cleanliness.
You can hear trains passing by, but had a good sleep anyway, even without earplugs.
Small parking, sometimes not easy to find a place in the evening.

De grote van het appartement en de hoeveelheid slaapkamers. 2 WC's aanwezig 1 in de badkamer en een apart toilet. Er waren ook 3 koelkasten aanwezig dus genoeg plek om de spullen op te bergen, ook was er een keuken en een eettafel aanwezig. Verder was het appartement heel schoon. checkout gaat via een sleutel in een brievenbus gooien dus je kan weggaan wanneer je wilt. goeie WIFI aanwezig
De parkeegelegenheid is snel vol bij dit complex, je auto kan dan wel aan een drukke weg staan. verder was er ook geen airconditioning aanwezig dus als het warm buiten is wordt het ook vrij snel warm binnen.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung Gelegenheiten. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Der Lüfter im Raum geht regelmäßig an und nervt schon. Km äußeren Zimmer hört man die Vorbeifahrenden Züge, was jetzt nicht dramatisch ist. Es gibt aber auch Ohrenstöpsel im Zimmer

The room was clean and spacious for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. There is a REWE to go nearby and Burger king is just by the side. If you have a car and need a cheap family accommodation for a night or two, this is your place.
The location is not good for public transport. Entrance to the parking is very confusing and not clearly marked.

Amazing location, its just 50m away from Burgerking and Aral gas station. So you can find almost everything you need in walking distance. Nice friendly staff. The small kitchen is euipped with almost everything. (You can make a quick dinner and also enjoy some drinks). A nice comfortable stay.
All rooms are with single beds. You can move them together but there is a gap always inbetween. There is also dust underneath, so once you move the beds you now have dust around.

Nice appartment, clean and well divided
The heating was not the same everythere. It is floor heating but at night it did get cole.

It was very new, modern and clean rooms. We were positively surprised. Everything looked much beter that on the pictures

Location makes it an easy stopover spot.
Being close to the autobahn and next to the busy railway line means it is loud. But that said this is still a good place for a one night stop over.

Equipped kitchen
There was no heating, and the staff recommended that we take hot showers if we were cold. The internet was weak, I couldn't have my Zoom meeting. There is a railway line behind the building and a train passes by frequently, so the liquid in your glass vibrates. But that's why they give you earplugs.

friendly staff, good price, you get what you see on pictures. the kitchen provides more than we expected but we didn't try it. Next to Burger King which is super convenient.
pillow was too soft, shower temperature was not very stable.

the passing trains next to the location, some guests next door yelling and talking loudly in an afternoon annoyed us

Don't be affraid of the railway just "behind the wall" - the rooms are excellently insulated and nights are surprisingly quiet. Thumb up for private parking.

I would go here again. We were only there in the mornings and evenings, but the room was good. The shower was nice, it was nice to have the option to cook in the kitchen, and everything was in order.
Unfortunately, there was no working wifi unless you sat in the doorway or had the door open. Also, we were with three persons. However, while there were two beds fully equiped with mattresses, the third bed was not on the same level. It was lower than the other two and did not have a (good) mattress, making sleeping less comfortable.

Close to the main roads and cruise center. Good for cruising from Steinwerder or as a layover during a roadtrip.
Many food options close by.
Hard to find if you come unprepared. Gives a shady look at first glans.
