Sehr komfortabel eingerichtetes Zimmer, gilt ebenso für die Betten. Luxuriöses, neues Bad, sehr geschmackvoll designed (wir sind allerdings auch von Superior-Zimmer zu einer Luxus-Suite aufgewertet worden). Außergewöhnlich reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Trotzdem der Frühstücksraum gut besucht war, angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre (das sticht deutlich ab zu anderen Hotels, wo es enger, lauter und gehetzter zugeht !). Außerdem sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Empfang, Restaurant und auch Zimmerservice). Schneller Fahrstuhl, auch zu Rush-Zeiten am Morgen ! Lage ist optimal zur Erkundung der Innenstadt zu Fuß (Binnenalster, Landungsbrücken). Anfahrt per Pkw kein Problem, Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen !

Das Zimmer war gerade ganz neu eingerichtet, und es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Duschwasserablauf (hier fehlte eine kleine Sperre, um zu verhindern, daß Duschwasser in das dahintergelegene Badezimmer läuft). Haben wir gemeldet und soll kurzfristig abgestellt werden

From building architecture, views outside the window, place in the city, food and staff attention to details during breakfast - to parking, everything was at 10 points. What's missing? Perhaps only the socket in the garage to charge the electric car :)

Location, shower and parking car facilities

We stayed in the room 308 and the AC does not work properly... the room was too hot. The metro station is underground of the building, when the trains arrives you feel in the building. We stayed 2 nights, in the 2nd night they haven't delivered bottles of water and coffee (just when we arrived in the 1st day).

Very comfortable, great location, friendly staff, public transport nearby. We would stay here again.

Air conditioning didn’t work. With serval attempt to fix it nothing seems to change. We were instructed to open the window to cool down

Breakfasts were good, rooms very spacious, location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed between various attractions to visit. It's also right next to a metro station that'll take you to the central train station within about 2 stops. They were also happy to hold onto our luggage for the day until we had to leave for our flight, after checkout.

I didnt have much time in the hotel. I did get an early check in and an offer for a paid upgrade to Superior room, which I took and dont regret. Very very nice room and spacious and bright bathroom.

I requested a taxi from the staff for the following morning, as I was leaving 05:10am, but she forget. The did try a replacement which eventually got me to the airport just in time. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!
